TACorr G50 Zi is a special formulation based on our TACorr G50 polymer. The anticorrosion properties were further optimized for iron & steel and multimetal applications. TACorr G50 Zi can be used in water borne and solvent borne systems.

S-379-H is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt around 100°C and corresponding low onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.

NonSKID 8001 is a combination of micronized polypropylene and PTFE. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces.

TACorr G50 is a novel, polymeric corrosion inhibitor, offering multi metal protection, e. g. On alumina alloys, iron & steel, non ferrous metals, zinc and others. It was developed through a combined R&D project with Fraunhofer IFAM, Bremen.

SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

Kraton A1536 H is a linear triblock copolymer based on styrene and ethylene/butylene. It is supplied from North America in the physical form identified below. Kraton A1536 HU - supplied to customers as an undusted powder. Kraton A1536 HS - supplied to customers as a dusted powder Kraton A1536 H is used in compound formulations and as a modifier of thermoplastics. It may also find use in formulating adhesives, sealants, coatings and modified bitumens.
