Andifil AS 200 is a medium surface fumed silica which imparts a significant increase in viscosity in liquid systems, free flow of powders and reinforcement of silicone and organic rubbers.

NexSil 125K-40 colloidal silica is a large particle product primarily intended as an abrasive for formulated polishing slurries. NexSil 125K-40 is based on high-purity colloidal silica and contains very low levels of trace impurities, minimizing the introduction of impurities in the polishing process.

NexSil™ 85-40 is an alkaline dispersion of 40 - 60 nm colloidal silica at a 40% SiO2 concentration in water. The particles are negatively charged. The product can be used in paper, steel and precision polishing applications where large particle size colloidal silica is required. NexSil 85-40 is a good choice for sapphire polishing and other specialty wafer polishing applications. NexSil 85-40 provides good balance between removal rate and surface finish. INHIBISPHERES® A is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® A is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® A is metal-free. INHIBISPHERES® A is added at different levels extend the duration of corrosion protection in the coating.

Vitro Minerals CS-325 are functional glass fillers and extenders made from 100% recycled glass. The products are white to off-white colored powders with a uniform particle size distribution. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy confirm that the CS Glass powders are fully amorphous and contain no crystalline silica.

Köstrosol® AD 1530 is an opalescent aqueous dispersion of amorphous silicon dioxide nanoparticles. This middle-size colloidal silica is pre-final coated and stabilized by aluminum oxide. Afterward, the PH is adjusted by a weakly acidic ion exchange.

SILBOND® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

XYSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200m2/g, and it is synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis.

Xysil® 380 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 380m2 /g, and it is synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica, produced via flame hydrolysis.

Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Juraperle 0.5-1 is similar to sand or gravel in appearance with a characteristic odor and is not flammable. This product has a grain size of 0.5-1.0.

Ulmer Weiss 0,5-1,2 is a fine calcium carbonate granulate designed for use as a filler, pigment, mixing agent, or raw material in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, paperboard, paper, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, dyes, pigments, and polishing mixtures. Ulmer Weiss 0.5-1.2 is similar to sand or gravel in appearance with a characteristic odor and grain size of 0.5-1.2. This product does not flash and is non flammable.

SiSiB® FS-0250 Fumed Silica is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 250 m2/g. Hydrophilic fumed silica is manufactured by hydrolysing volatile chlorosilanes in an oxyhydrogen flame. In chemical terms, the loose white powder consists of highly pure amorphous silicon dioxide. Hydrophilic silica is wetted by water and can be dispersed in water. Hydrophobic silica is produced by the chemical reaction of hydrophilic silica with reactive silanes, e.g. chlorosilanes or hexamethyldisilazane. It has water-repellent properties and is no longer dispersible in water.

Köstrosol® 2018 DD is opalescent till whitish turbid dispersion of amorphous silica in water. It has a noncharged (full-deionized) surface without any stabilization (counter ion). This middle-size colloidal silica agglomerated in a relatively short time. Köstrosol® 2018 DD is a pure colloidal silica without any organic additives.

Ulmer Weiss 150/300H is a coarse calcium carbonate powder designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paper, paperboard, paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, detergents, rubber, cleaning mixtures, and polishing mixtures. Ulmer Weiss 150/300H is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor and a loose bulk density of 1.2 g/cm3.
