DIACRON™ are saturated copolymerized polyester resins used for coatings, inks, and adhesive applications. They have good adhesion to metals, polyester film, polycarbonate, and can be cross-linked with isocyanates, melamine, and epoxies. *DIACRON™ is provided by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, a member of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group.

As a new generation of polyester resin for coatings, the products of MARCOA™ series which have medium-high molecular weights, are saturated, amorphous, with straight or branched chain. At the same time, based on the increasing marketing demand for BPA-NI coatings and the restrictions on the using of BPA-containing coatings by local regulations, we have specially developed polyester resins for interior coating of cans. The high transparency and excellent weather resistance of the MARCOA™ series products are well accepted by customers. Moreover, its superior adhesion, flexibility and deep drawing resistance make them irreplaceable in same industries. This series of products are not only highly adaptable to substrates, but also widely used in many substrates such as metals, plastic films, paper, etc. They also complies with the relevant national food safety standard in China, Europe and America which can provide sufficient and enough safety guarantee for your products.

Bondthane™ is range of water based polyurethanes that are fully reacted Urethane polymers dispersed in water, in addition to offering the high performance modern applications need, they contain no residual free isocyanate and a low odor, making them safer and easier to use than the alternative. Our polyurethane dispersions range from very soft and flexible films to very hard and abrasion resistant films. Today, our high performance and eco-friendly polymers are being widely used in the coatings and adhesives industries, while also finding their way into other high performance niche applications every day.

Addition of DISPARLON® provides thixotropy with good shear thinning for ease of application, gunability and excellent slump control/bead formation. DISPARLON provides a balanced mix of performance benefits for both waterborne and solventborne adhesive and sealant applications.

DOMOPOL are solventborne saturated polyesters, water-reducible polyesters.

Unique composites of polyethylene waxes and REACH compliant PTFE that provide a high degree of surface lubricity, abrasion resistance, and film toughness. These proprietary formulations offer a synergistic combination of properties for superior formulation flexibility in inks, paints, and coatings. Polyfluo 900 is an LDPE/PTFE composite fortified with ceramic beads for improved burnish and abrasion resistance. Polyfluo 523AL is an HDPE/PTFE composite reinforced with alumina nanopowder for maximum scratch, mar, and scuff resistance.

Hydropalat® from BTC types are used as wetting agents and surface modifiers. WACKER markets vinyl chloride co- and terpolymers in the form of dispersions and solid resins under the VINNOL® trade name.

FoamStar® products are used as defoamers. BTC’s FoamStar® defoamers suppress and destroy foam and its negative effects during inks and printing applications. By removing or inhibiting air bubbles they are important process aids throughout the production as well as the applications process. PHENODUR® phenolic resins mainly find use in industrial and packaging coatings, in combination with other types of resins, such as epoxies, acrylics and polyesters. PHENODUR®specially formulated solvent-based and waterborne resins are designed for use in coatings applied to the interior of metal food containers, and include phenolic resin systems that can be used to make Bisphenol A- and BADGE-free interior can coatings.

Bacote® 20 series Stabilized Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate is a highly effective crosslinker. It crosslinks with all commonly used binders to improve the surface structures strength by reducing the amount of weakly bonded particles available on the paper surface. This certain characteristic is of value to coated papers and offset printing. As well Bacote 20 crosslinks instantly to the binder, offering a rapid cure time in the drying section of the paper process, it is compatible with practically all coating and press formulations.

PPG LO-VEL® flatting agents comprise a comprehensive line of synthetic amorphous precipitated silica products that reduce the gloss of (or flatten) coatings, paints, varnishes, lacquers, inks and other finishes.

Poligen® wax types refer to pure waxes of oxidized polyethylene waxes or ethylene copolymers. Poligen® products are already emulsified waxes and are used for ready-to-formulate purposes. The oxidized ethylene polymers provide the property of emulsification and thus wax emulsions can be prepared. They are defined by their mechanical and physical properties. The chemical constitution is mainly different. Oxidized polyethylene waxes are of high hardness and higher molar mass.
