Petrolatum is derived from high-viscosity, paraffin-based crude oils. Petrolatums contain minute (or micro), crystalline waxes. Oil is occluded within and between these small crystals. Petrolatum contains both paraffinic and olefinic hydrocarbons; the olefinic hydrocarbons. Olefinic hydrocarbons give petrolatum its "slippery" (oleaginous) character.

Yi Mei New Material Technology Oxidized PE Wax OPE816 is an excellent new type of polar wax. Because the molecular chain of oxidized polyethylene wax has a certain amount of carbonyl groups and hydroxyl groups, the compatibility with fillers, pigments, and polar resins is significantly improved. Wettability and d ispersibility in polar systems is better than polyethylene wax, and it also has coupling properties, its performance is equivalent to American Honeywell A-C wax.

IRM's natural waxes, formulated using plant derived oils instead of petrochemicals, are commonly used in candle wax formulations. Our Indranat line of waxes can be mixed with paraffin and microcrystalline waxes to produce candle wax blends with varying melting points, textures, and burn time. EMULTROL CV-2385 is an aqueous emulsion based on carnauba wax. This wax additive dispersion is an optimal modifying agent for aqueous coatings, varnishes, colors and inks. EMULTROL CV-2385 provides very smooth, scratch resistant surfaces as well as an optimal gloss grade and blocking resistance to the coating films. The main area of application for EMULTROL CV-2385 are the modification of color and varnish formulations, textile coatings, shoe and textile finishings, wood varnishes, paper aids and paper coatings, leather varnishes and leather finishings, aqueous inks and other dispersion systems. This wax emulsion is also very suitable as polish emulsion for terrazzo floors.

Fischer-Tropsch waxes are very hard, high melting, and white products, free of any aromatic impurities. They consist mainly of saturated, long straight-chain hydrocarbons with only a small number of iso-alkanes (methyl branches). Their high linearity and sharp carbon distribution produce a narrow melt range, making these waxes highly versatile for wax formulation. The oil content of synthetic waxes is very low and consists mainly of short-chain paraffins.

EMULTROL CM-1657 is an emulsion based on paraffin wax. This adhesive dispersion serves as modification in aqueous coating raw materials. EMULTROL CM-1657 creates hydrophobic, antiblocking and well sliding film properties in coating formulations for the later dried films. EMULTROL CM-1657 is used for the modification at the production of the textile-, paper-, leather-, color- and varnish formulations. EMULTROL CM1657 can be also used for the production of polishing emulsions.

King Honor International KH Paraffin wax 80M is a light color and congealing point ranges from 80-85℃(176-185 F). It’s produced from the dewaxing of base oil in the refinery process. By the deep refinery, it has the fine microcrystalline structure, meanwhile has a small part of the linear structure as paraffin wax. It has the good capability with paraffin wax and applied well in rubber protective wax. With the development of our technology, our categories of microcrystalline waxes are kept abundant.

This wax emulsion serves as modifying agent at aqueous coatings, varnishes, inks, leather and textile aids as well as at polishes and impregnations. Smooth, good gloss, waterresistant surfaces with good handle properties are achieved by the modification with EMULTROL CV-1485 PLX.
