Efka® FA 4600 is an anti-settling agent for non-aqueous coatings, preventing sedimentation and agglomeration of even heavy pigments. is in a colorless to yellowish/reddish liquid form, Efka® FA 4600 is easily applicable and contributes to maintaining the stability of coatings.

Pangel B40 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high-polarity systems. It is especially recommended for adding thixotropic, suspension, and sagging resistance properties to systems based on alcohol, glycol, and ketone solvents, as well as mixtures of those solvents with water.

Pangel B42 is an organically modified sepiolite powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on alcohol, glycol and ketone type solvents, as well as in mixtures of those with water.

Pangel W is an organically modified sepiolite in powder form used to improve the anti-sagging properties of aqueous systems as well as its anti-sedimentation performance during storage. This thickener is manufactured through organic modification of rheological sepiolite, mainly for aqueous systems. It improves rheological characteristics in the range of shear forces affecting sagging and sedimentation properties while controlling consistency.

DISPARLON® NS-30 is a patented blend of polyolefin with amide in xylene in paste form. This product effectively prevents sagging and settling of solvent-based coatings including those containing anti-corrosive pigments at high concentrations. NS-30 has little effect on viscosity, while still imparting strong anti-sagging/anti-settling properties.

Zhejiang Hongyu New Materials HY-34 Organic Bentonite is a new type of organic clay, which has the characteristics of easy dispersion and high thixotropy. The product is suitable for low and medium polarity, as well as some high polarity systems. Only a small amount of activator is needed, fast shearing can be dispersed, and it has excellent anti-settling and anti-sagging properties.

The presence of Deuteron VT 819 prevents the settling of pigments/extenders and the separation of the liquid phases during the storage in aqueous systems such as emulsion paints and plasters. The applicability of the paints will be improved. Deuteron VT 819 is compatible with most binders and thickeners which are customary in the paint industry.Deuteron VT 819 is fully soluble in water and mixtures of organic liquids with a water proportion of at least 60 %. The product has no tendency to form lumps. Solutions can be produced with a simple stirrer. The use of a high shear rate is not necessary. Dolomite RF 240# is a double carbonate of Magnesium and Calcium (CaCO3. MgCO3) Theoretically, it contains 21.7 MgO and 30.4 % CaCO3 and the remaining being CO2. Deuteron SR 28 is soluble in water and forms firm gels when used in small quantities. The extremely high thixotropy avoids a breakdown of the solution even in small quantities.Deuteron SR 28 requires no heat for mixing. It can be stirred into cold water or a liquid agent. Using a higher shearing force would lead to a shorter mixing time and a maximum exploitation of the product respectively. Zhejiang Hongyu New Materials HY-758 Organic Bentonite is a thickening rheological additive modified to HY-738. Field experience shows marked improvement in brushing and leveling.SUSPENO 201-X is reliable and provides uniform performance, being neutral and is not dependent on activation by heat or chemicals. It is unaffected by the nature of the binder, oils, resins, varnishes or vehicles. SUSPENO 201-X has no effect on gloss, color, color retention, flexibility, cure time water and chemical resistance, adhesion or durability.

The applicability of the paints is improved. Deuteron XG is compatible with most binders and thickeners which are customary in the paint industry.Deuteron XG is insoluble in most organic liquids. The product is fully soluble in water and mixtures of organic liquids with a water proportion of at least 60 %. Pre-wetting of Deuteron XG with glycols at a ratio of 1 : 1 accelerates the swelling- and dissolution process. Aqueous solutions of Deuteron XG show a high pseudoplasticity. High rate of shear lowers the viscosity. Reducing the shear rate increases viscosity again. Solutions of Deuteron XG are stable regarding the pH-value and temperature. There is almost no change in stability from pH 2 – 12.
