c9 petroleum resin PR1-130 is a by-product of petroleum cracking C9 fraction. It is a resin produced by pretreatment, polymerization, distillation and other processes. It is not a high polymer, but an oligomer with a molecular weight of 300-3000. It has the characteristics of low acid value, good miscibility, water resistance, ethanol resistance and chemical resistance, chemical stability to acid and alkali, and good viscosity adjustment and thermal stability. C9 petroleum resin is generally not used alone, but as an accelerator, regulator, modifier and other resins.

KRITILEN® CE9125 contains 15% of a versatile chain extender/compatibiliser with a medium to high epoxy functionality based on a special PP carrier. This allows for rapid reaction with condensation thermoplastics (e.g. PET), resulting in higher molecular weight and by that, low quality recycled PET can be upgraded or that good quality one can be treated more robustly. The proposed KRITILEN® CE9125 addition rate is 1.5%-6.5%, depending on the recycled resin quality and proportion in the blend. KRITILEN® CE9125 should not be used at processing temperatures exceeding 320deg. Celsius.

The Hanson Group UV-944 is a low-dust, polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) who provides superb light stability to many polymers and, in addition, gives long-term heat stability to polymers by radical trapping mechanism similar to that of hinder phenol. HXA UV-944’s effectiveness combined with its low volatility and low extractability makes itself the most widely used HALS commercially available.

Glue Machinery Corporation GIA1045 is a low viscosity permanent pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive with aggressive tack and excellent adhesion and machine-ability. A packaging and assembly adhesive, GIA1045 is widely used in magazine and web-fed labeling systems for foam, plastic, wood and metal product bonding.

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-21S is a high total solids solution of a polyurethane release agent in a recoverable solvent. It offers significant improvements over other release agents, such as PVODC.

KRITILEN® PP940 is a black masterbatch containing 40% SRF carbon black on a special PP carrier. It is a cost efficient black masterbatch providing anti-split properties to the end product. It contains a higher particle size carbon black in comparison to PPA932P, imparting lower UV resistance to strap. It is not food approved.

COPYLENE® CH020XK is a polypropylene homopolymer made with a non-phthalate catalyst. It is designed for BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film extrusion applications with high crystallinity. It is made with a non-phthalate catalyst.

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-15W is an enhanced release version of RA-13W that has been commercially available for many years. Its release properties are virtually identical to carbamate PVODC and yields easy-to-moderate unwind in standard and premium packaging tapes, and filament tapes.

SYLVARES 1115 tackifier is a thermoplastic terpene phenolic resin designed for tackifying hot melt adhesives to provide superior adhesion and thermal-stability properties. This high heat resistance resin exhibits excellent compatibility and tackifying properties for use in styrenic-block-co-polymers and for solvent acrylic based pressure sensitive adhesives. This resin can also be used to tackify metallocene polymers.

Colquimica Adhesives B-2808 is used for chipboard and/or MDF assembly, particularly for bonding cardboard. Also appropriate for packaging applications.

BNX TAHQ (79-74-3)is a sterically hindered dihydroxybenzene antioxidant and stabilizer. BNX TAHQ is non-staining and non-discoloring antioxidant recommended for use in unvulcanized rubber adhesives, tapes and films.

ADDAPT BioWet 75 is a biodegradable wetting and leveling agent for water based systems such as fountain solutions and water based lacquers. The product shows excellent static as well as dynamic surface tension values. It is a Polyhydroxy – Amide in water. The product is EINECS registered.

It is mainly used for B.O.P.P. Packaging Tapes / OPP carton sealing tape making. It gives peel strength of 400 – 600 gm/inch at 30⁰C after application on BOPP film (18 – 25 micron coating) with Shear value more than 50 hrs (dry weight).

When compounded in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives, it provides notably improved color stability as compared to other tackifiers.

KRITILEN® PT51510 is a transparent green masterbatch based on a PET carrier.

The Hanson Group UV-770 acts as hindered amine light stabilizer. Bis(2,2,6,6,-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) decanedioate. It provides outstanding light stability to many polymers and, in addition, gives long-term heat stability to polymers by radical trapping mechanism similar to that of hinder phenol. HXA UV-770 effectiveness is independent of the polymer’s thickness, in contrast to UV absorbers. It can be incorporated in monomer before polymerization, often with improvement of resin quality.

Poly Recycling AG PET Flakes are washed and grinded PET bottles. To meet similar high requirements as the primary plastic, they undergo various pre-sorting and subsequent mechanical-chemical wet processes (eg sink-float method, hot wash or caustic wash). With these processing steps, packaging films, drink residue and other soluble impurities are removed and the material meets the required standards.
