Tinuvin® 5248 is a liquid light stabilizer blend incorporating a triazine-based UV absorber and a basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Formulated to address the high performance and durability needs of exterior solvent-based automotive, industrial, architectural, and decorative coatings, including energy-curable systems (UV, electron beam). Tinuvin® 292is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) developed specifically for coatings. It comprises an almost pure mixture of two active ingredients, allowing it to remain in liquid form, unlike the tendency of pure diester to solidify, even at room temperature. The efficiency of Tinuvin 292 significantly prolongs the lifetime of coatings by reducing paint defects such as cracking and loss of gloss. HALOX® 570 is an organic corrosion inhibitor designed for use in waterborne industrial and decorative coatings to provide flash rust and long-term corrosion protection on metal surfaces. HALOX® 570 is especially effective along weld seams and, in some cases, can also be used in solvent-based coatings and UV-cured systems. HALOX® 570 may be used in formulations based on waterborne acrylic latexes and co-polymers, styrene/acrylic latexes, acrylate epoxy esters, 2-pack epoxy systems, alkyds, alkyd/acrylic blends, and 1 or 2-pack polyurethane. HALOX® 570 may be used in both waterborne primers and direct-to-metal topcoats. In direct-to-metal coatings, HALOX® 570 has a minimal effect on gloss reduction.

HALOX® 570 LS is a ready-to-use liquid version of our popular organic corrosion inhibitor, HALOX® 570, which requires no dilution. It is designed for use in water-based industrial and decorative coatings to provide flash rust and long-term corrosion protection on metal surfaces. It is especially effective along weld seams to prevent galvanic corrosion. HALOX® 570 LS may be used in formulations based on water-based acrylics, epoxy esters, 2-component epoxy, water-reducible alkyds, and water-based polyurethanes. HALOX® 570 LS may be used in both water-based primers and direct-to-metal topcoats. In direct-to-metal coatings, HALOX® 570 LS has a minimal effect on gloss reduction.

HALOX® 520 is a liquid organic corrosion inhibitor primarily designed for use in water-borne coating systems. It contains dual functionality as a corrosion inhibitor and an adhesion promoter. HALOX® 520 may be used in waterborne formulations such as 2 pack epoxy systems, 1 and 2 pack polyurethanes, acrylics (especially epoxy/amine-functionalized), and hybrid systems. It may also be used as a metal pretreatment additive.

Dragonsorb® 5151 is a mixture of benzotriazole UVA with HALS light stabilizer. This liquid light stabilizer blend is developed specifically for coatings. Its high thermal stability and permanence make it suitable for coatings exposed to high bake temperatures and/or extreme environmental conditions. Its broad UV absorbance allows effective protection of light-sensitive substrates such as wood and plastics.

HALOX® RC-980 is an organic additive designed to convert red rust to black iron oxide. It can be used in slightly acidic waterborne vinyl or PVDC binders applied to rusted steel substrates. It converts the rust within minutes of the coating application and forms a black iron oxide barrier that can be further top-coated with water or solvent-based paints. It does not contain tannic acid, oxime chelates, phosphates, or phosphoric acid.

ASCONIUM® 130 is a liquid additive that improves the anti-corrosion and hydrophobic properties of both waterborne and solventborne metal coatings and enhances their adhesion to metal substrates. This product can be used alone or in combination with other anti-corrosion agents.

ASCONIUM® 110 replaces or enhances the effectiveness of mineral anticorrosive pigments in aqueous and solventborne metal coatings. It is a hydrophobic agent that enhances the water resistance of dry films. For substrates made of galvanized steel, this product functions as an anti flash-rust additive. It is used as a corrosion inhibitor to protect metal packaging.
