K-FLEX® XM-337 is an aliphatic saturated polyester diol modifier resin designed to provide increased toughness and chemical resistance for solvent-based and high solids systems. Capatue™ Epoxy Silanes SCA-E87F is a versatile epoxy organo-reactive silane with two hydrolysable ethoxy groups suitable for use as adhesion promoters in polysulfide, urethane, epoxy and acrylic caulks sealants and adhesives, especially suitable to be used as adhesion promoter and crosslinker for waterborne adhesives and sealants.

Technicure® D-44 is a pulverized grade of dicyandiamide with an average particle size of about 20 micron. The products contains fumed silica to prevent clumping and improve flow. Typically the product is used with epoxy resin between 3-8 phr. Due to larger particle size, the products offers lower exothermic heat than the finer grade of Dicy. Technicure® D-44 reacts with epoxy resin at temperatures higher than 170°C unless an accelerator is used. Suggested accelerators include Technicure® LC-80, Technicure® LC-100 and substituted ureas such as Technicure® MDU-11M, Technicure® PDU-250M and Technicure® TDU-200M. The type and loading level of an accelerator will provide excellent balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability.

The AMPARMOR® 2000 series is a uniquely engineered microcapsule containing a patented blend of healing agent based on epoxy functionalized polymers, co-crosslinking agents/enhancers and adhesion promoters. These microcapsules are designed for coating applications where coating self-healing is needed for extended coating durability. The AMPARMOR® 2000 series is recommended for use in solvent-based, water-based and powder coatings, and is compatible with most coating resin types including epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and acrylic systems.
