POLYSTEP® HPE serves as a functional monomer in both emulsion and solution polymerization systems. Its incorporation enhances substrate adhesion, provides corrosion resistance, improves pigment dispersion, and imparts antistatic properties to polymers. Key features of this base chemical include excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Deltech para-tertiary-butyl Styrene (TBS) is a versatile substitute for styrene monomer, offering improved properties and fewer handling restrictions. It exhibits low volume shrinkage during polymerization, a high affinity for oils, high solvent receptivity, and improved water resistance in copolymers. From an environmental perspective, TBS has a low vapor pressure and high flash point, reducing emissions from storage or handling and minimizing the flammability hazard. Moreover, its low volatility decreases monomer fumes in the workplace, and it is not classified as a listed air toxic, thus avoiding many environmental use requirements.

TT 50S (Sodium Tolyltriazole 50%) is a 43% active aqueous solution of methyl 1 H-benzotriazole (tolyltriazole), functioning as a corrosion inhibitor for copper and copper alloys. TT 50S forms a barrier film on the surface of copper, precipitating copper from solution and thereby providing galvanic corrosion protection for other metals. It finds use in various applications, including circulating cooling systems such as cooling towers, air conditioning systems, and cutting and grinding fluids. Additionally, it is applicable in functional fluids, corrosion preventative coatings, and cleaners.

Jagrowax 140 is a synthetic high melt wax and is non-corrosive.

MechT E35A is a stable dispersion of discrete functionalized carbon nanotubes in urethane dimethacrylate [UDMA], BR-952. The Masterbatch can be used in rigid, high tensile strength SLA, DLP, or jettable resins to provide conductivity and decreased resistivity. When compared to FDM-printed ESD parts, ESD resins produced with MechT E35A can achieve fully isotropic conductivity with high resolution and isotropic mechanical properties.
