PELESTAT 300 is a polymer-alloy type permanent antistatic agent for polyolefin resins (e.g. Polyethylene, polypropylene) which was developed by using an original Sanyo Chemical compatibilization technique. This product imparts a long-lasting antistatic property to polyolefin resins while causing practically no lowering of their physical properties and moldability. This product dry-blended with polyolefin can be directly molded into the final product, using appropriate molders such as an injection molding machine, an extrusion molding machine and a calender, without a kneading process because this product exhibits excellent dispersibility in polyolefin.

PELESTAT 230 is a polymer-alloy type permanent antistatic agent for polyolefin resins (e.g. Polyethylene, polypropylene) which was developed by using an original Sanyo Chemical compatibilization technique. This product imparts a permanent antistatic property to polyolefin while causing practically no lowering of the physical properties of the resins themselves. It is particularly suitable for blown films and sheets of polyethylene (PE), and films and sheets of polypropylene (PP).

PELESTAT LM230 is an excellent antistatic property independent of humidity-permanent antistatic agent for resins (preventing dust adhesion & troubles by static electricity, destruction of electronic circuit, electric shock & appliance malfunctions, etc. ) excellent dispersibility into PE and heat-sealing property low melting point.

M.G. Polyblends Anti Block Masterbatch consist of specialty organic and inorganic additives which migrates to the surface of the film forming the air cushion between film surfaces and thus preventing blocking without effecting film clarity.

ProFLOW 1000 is high flow rate (MFR 1500+) polypropylene resin that quickly melt to low viscosity Newtonian fluids.

Franplast Special grade for film blowing is a TPE compound based on SEBS specially developed for film blowing of elastic films with layers of less than 100 μm (up to 50 μm). The opal/translucent compound can be enriched with gliding/release anti-blocking agents. Process setting and color methods are equivalent to PE film blowing. Our Chemiton for film is suitable for the production of elastic single-layer film for surgical drapes. We can also offer grades for improving the features of adhesive film in PE, especially for applications connected with baby and personal care (diaper and adult diapers).

European Plastic Joint Stock Company PP Filler Masterbatch is compounded of Calcium Carbonate CaCO3, Polypropylene PP as the carrier and other special additives by twin-screw machines.

Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 is an organic concentrate that helps to control or retard the growth of bacteria, fungus, and algae in plastic molded parts. Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 is a powerful additive concentrate produced in an LLDPE carrier resin for ease of dispersion. This product has been used in film, injection molding, and extrusion applications to control growth of bacteria, yeast, mold, and algae. In independent testing, Gaia® Antimicrobial AB 505 has been shown to inhibit ecoli and staphylococcus. A loading of 1.5% - 3% will protect plastic articles for an estimated 1 – 2 years. Recommended temperature range should not reach above 428°F.
