Accelerator 833 are added to either elastomers and or engine rubber materials where they accelerate the curing of the material. Accelerator 833 are Condensation products of Aniline and Butyraldehyde, and are used in Natural Latex formulations.

Thanecure® ZM is a cure activator for sulfur cured Millathane® polyurethane rubber. It consists of a partial complex of zinc chloride and MBTS.

DCBS (DZ) Granule is Secondary Sulfonamide. It is Light yellow to light pink powder, insoluble in water,soluble in gasoline, easily soluble in ethanol, aether, acetone, benzene,toluene, methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate and other organic solvent.

Vulcanizing Agent DTDM is used as the rubber accelerator and vulcanized agent of natural rubber, synthetic rubber. Under the curing temperature, it can release activing sulfur, effective sulfur content is about 27%. It has operating safety, curing speed is slow when it is used alone. Nurcacit DCBS PDR provide a longer scorch time, longer cure time and lower modulus than CZ TBBS and MBS. Thus will require higher use level for equivalent physical properties; more often used in steel skim compounds for improved and adhesion.

TMTM is distinguished by very good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams. High curing activity and no discoloration. Unlike the thiuram dissulfides. TMTM will not produce cures in the absence of added elemental sulfur. It is an excellent accelerator for polychloroprene in association with DPG and sulpur.

Banac TMTM has chemical composition of Tetramethyl thiuram monosulfide and used as an accelerator.

TBBS (NS) Particle is Secondary Sulfonamide. It is white or yellowish powder, soluble in benzene,chloroform, carbon disulfide,acetone, methanol,ethanol, but hard in gasoline, insoluble in water, dilute acid and dilute alkali.

IIntercure® 18 is produced by IB Chem S.r.l. - INTERBUSINESS Group, is a cationic surfactant used in several elastomers (ACM, FKM, etc.) as accelerator.

MBT(M) Granule is Thiazole. It is non-poisonous, grayish-white or light yellow powder with slightly foul odor and bitter taste. MBT(M)Powder is easily soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, soluble in ethyl alcohol, not easily soluble in benzene, insoluble in water and gasoline. It is stable in storage.

Robinson Brothers Delta PM80 24273 is an active boost for use in EPDM.

Shandong Stair Chemical & Technology Vulcanization accelerator DPG has a chemical name called Diphenylguanidine.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins NDBC Powder is used as accelerator for most sulfur-cured elastomers, can provide ozone resistance in dynamic application, as excellent anti-oxidant in usual application. NDBC can protect CR, CSM, CO, ECO from oxygen and also used for EPDM and CSM vulcanized rubbers and colored CR products.

Nurcacit ETU PDR is a special curing accelerator for chloroprene rubber of CH and W, epichlorohydrin rubber and polyacrylate rubber, suitable for wire, cable, rubber belt and tube, rubber shoes, rubber coat and so on, also suitable for intermediate products of fine chemicals, antioxidant, insecticide, dyestuff, drug and synthetic resin, etc.

Kemai Chemical ACCELERATOR CZ (CBS) is an after-effect accelerator. It has high performance of scorching resistance and short curing time. It mainly used for making tire, rubber tubes, shoes, tapes and cables.

Henan Connect Rubber Chemical MBTS (DM) can be used as fast accelerator in NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR and EPDM.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins MBTS(DM) Powder has medium curing rate in NR and SR; suitable for most general rubbers; Used as plasticizer and delay agent in chloroprene rubber. It is usually used together with secondary accelerator in the synthesis of polymers; has better scorch safety than MBT.
