POWERSIL® 310 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. POWERSIL® 310 MH is specifically recommended for the production of various types of electrical insulating equipment used in outdoor applications, such as composite insulators, arrester housings, bushings, and more.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3071/50 US A/B is a primerless, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) grade that bonds to various plastic substrates (e.g. PA, PBT) and metals but not to the mold. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, clarity, and pot life and is suitable for food contact applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3004/40 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3004 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. SILPURAN® 6400/40 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/70 US HCR silicone rubbers are addition-curing, two-part compounds (batch grades). The vulcanizates of these silicone rubbers exhibit excellent transparency and good to very good mechanical properties. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/70 US is specifically designed for the fabrication of extruded articles that require high transparency and very good tear resistance values.

SILMIX® E70 White is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates that display a unique combination of characteristics. They are recognized for their good flexibility and mechanical properties. SILMIX® E70 White is designed for fabricating extruded articles using high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR). Post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."

Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

This addition-cure rubber yields cured articles with high transparency and excellent mechanical properties. It is known for its fast curing process, which is considerably quicker than that of peroxide-cured materials. Additionally, the vulcanization reaction does not produce any peroxide decomposition by-products.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3852/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3852 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3846/30 A/B is a considerable oil-bleeding, liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3846 series. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque, have good mechanical and electrical properties, and have very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® R 427/30 is a high-strength silicone rubber known for its outstanding transparency, excellent tear strength, and exceptional mechanical properties. It is particularly suitable for the production of extruded profiles. The vulcanizing characteristics of this product allow for short cycle times in the manufacturing of molded articles through compression, transfer, and injection molding processes. ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

SILPURAN® 6610/50 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound. Its vulcanizates are noted for their significantly reduced tendency towards radical-induced reattachment, i.e., healing, of slit valve surfaces during sterilization by gamma irradiation and e-beam ( 75 kGy). SILPURAN® 6610/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3170/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3170 series. It is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/50 US A/B is a primerless, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) grade that adheres to various plastic substrates, e.g. PA, PBT, and metals, but not to the mold surface. The bonding is improved by oven-curing for 1 hour at 100°C or 24 hours at room temperature.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4370/40 is a two-component high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. It utilizes addition curing and possesses self-bonding properties. This product is particularly suitable for the production of two-component combinations using pressure-free extrusion or co-extrusion methods.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4000/60 US HCR silicone rubbers are two-part compounds (batch grades) that cure through addition-curing. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit excellent transparency and good to very good mechanical properties. When properly postcured, these vulcanizates comply with BfR and FDA regulations for food contact. They also meet USP XXIII Class VI and ISO 10993 certification requirements. The vulcanization process does not produce peroxide decomposition products. To achieve intermediate hardness, different durometer grades can be blended with the PT 2 catalyst added last.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and display good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® RT 601 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It has a two-part formulation with a 9:1 mixing ratio. This product features low viscosity, medium cured hardness, and excellent tensile strength. The vulcanizate obtained is crystal clear and highly transparent. It is suitable for various applications such as all-round potting compound and the manufacture of molded articles through casting.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3071/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3071 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

Vulcanized ELASTOSIL® S 699 A/B offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, heat, and sunlight. The cured silicone rubber can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, sunlight, and temperatures as high as 200°C (392°F) without damage.

SILMIX® M70 Red is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates that exhibit a unique combination of characteristics. They are known for their good flexibility and mechanical properties. SILMIX® M70 Red is designed for fabricating molded articles. Furthermore, post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4366/60 is a high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the production of extruded articles. It undergoes addition curing as a two-component system. The cured articles demonstrate excellent transparency and exhibit good to very good mechanical properties. In comparison to ELASTOSIL® R plus 4305/60, post-cured parts made from ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4366/60 experience a reduction in coefficient of friction ranging from 50% to 70%.
