Butadiene-methylstyrene synthetic rubber SBR-1723 TDAE is essentially a product of copolymerization of butadiene with α-methylstyrene in emulsion at a temperature of (4-8) °C where complex emulsifiers based on fatty acid and resin soaps are used. The rubber contains high -aromatic oil and stabilizers of amine-phenol type.

CR 60 B 3 F1 [C5985] general-purpose rubber has an excellent balance of physical and chemical properties that make it suitable in a range of applications. Whilst it may only have a moderate resistance to petroleum-based oil and fuels, CR has a much better chemical, oil, ozone and heat resistance than natural rubber, despite the lower level of physical properties. One major benefit of Neoprene® rubber is that by nature, CR rubber is one of the few self-extinguishing rubbers, which means it is flame resistance. Additionally, its gas permeability is relatively low. For industrial applications, Neoprene® gives excellent rubber-metal bonding and has good levels of rebound resilience. VALEX™ Natural Rubber SGR-10CV is commonly used as Polymer Compounding for a variety of applications.

PEXIDAN® SX554 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493, in the ratio 95:5, or CM497, in the ratio between 90:10 and 93:7.CM493 is a stronger catalyst suitable for wall thicknesses > 1.5mm and CM497 is a weaker catalyst suitable for small conductor sizes, such as 1 to 4 mm2. The system SX554:CM493 or SX554:CM497, has been approved for use at 1kV and has found uses up to 10kV, it is highly flexible and enables the production of soft rubber cables without the use of continuous vulcanization equipment. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

The polymer contains no nitrosamines and substances that may become a source of nitrosamines.

Epiall® 1961B-1 by Sumitomo Bakelite Company is comprised of Ethylene Propylene Copolymer. It is commonly used It is available in Granules form.

General Industrial Polymers SBR Latex Cationic is a carboxylated styrene butadiene copolymer latex admixture that is designed as an integral adhesive for cement bond coats, mortars and concrete to improve bond strength and chemical resistance. SBR LATEX Anionic is a Soft Anionic SBR with a Cross Linking agent designed for use in asphalt and asphalt water proofing modifications. The product has excellent water resistance, tensile and elongation properties and has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. The product has excellent coatability and rheology properties. SBR LATEX Cationic is a crosslink modified cationic cold polymerized, high solids styrene-butadiene latex with a fatty acid emulsifier.

SBR 1783L is an environmentally friendly version of SBR 1712 replacing aromatic extender oil with a non-hazardous RAE oil. It was developed for tire applications.

A Highly Extendable ENB Polymer with Heavy Hydrotreated Paraffinic Oil for TPO/TPV and Thermoset Applications

JSR AT400 is a syndiotactic 1, 2-polybutadiene and thermoplastics elastomer containing at least 90% 1, 2-bonds, which have a melting point derived from its syndiotactic structure. Blending compounds with AT yields improved processability (compound viscosity, green strength, and mill shrinkage), and physical properties (strength and hardness) of the bead and tread.

SBR 1712L is a general-purpose cold polymerized elastomer extended with 37.5 parts of highly aromatic oil. It is a low Mooney viscosity version of SBR 1712. It has excellent processing properties and superior polymer stability.

Moplen EP548S is a High flow, high crystalline polypropylene impact copolymer resin

Moplen EP548S is a nucleated heterophasic copolymer, suitable for injection molding applications, and contains an anti-static agent.It exhibits an outstanding balance of mechanical properties combined with a medium high fluidity. Moplen EP548S is extensively used in housewares and in thin walled containers.Moplen EP548S resin meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

Epiall® 2061B-1 by Sumitomo Bakelite Company is comprised of Ethylene Propylene Copolymer. It is commonly used Epiall® 2061B-1 is certified as UL Flame Rated. It is available in Granules form.

KEP® 110 produced by Kumho Polychem is a highly functional special synthetic rubber that is mainly used for automotive parts and has excellent resistance to heat, ozone, and chemicals. With a lower specific gravity compared with other synthetic rubbers, it can be applicable for high-filling mixing, meaning it has a high economic feasibility.

General Industrial Polymers SBR 1205 is a solution styrene-butadiene partial block copolymer, polymerized using an alkyl lithium catalyst at the Grangemouth production facility in Scotland, UK. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process.

A Free-Flowing Ethylene-Propylene-Ethylidene Norbornene Low Molecular Weight Polymer on Silicon DioxideTrilene FreeFlow 76 is a free-flowing polymer made by combining Trilene liquid polymer and silica. The blend is nominally 68% ethylene-propylene copolymer and 32% silica. It is available as a dry, free-flowing powder that is easy to measure, store, and transfer. It incorporates quickly and thoroughly into various elastomer systems, and gives quality and processing advantages when compared to neat polymer. Trilene FreeFlow 76 is effective in EPDM, BR, NR, SBR and other elastomers.

Diene™55NF15 is a solution polymerized rubber grade medium cis polybutadiene that contains a non-volatile and TNPP-free antioxidant stabilizer system. This medium viscosity grade rubber is used in a variety of molded and extruded mechanical goods. Diene™55NF15 offers excellent resistance to abrasion, high resilience or rebound, low temperature flexibility, and good resistance to fatigue cracking and crack growth.

Duradene™706 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 23.5% bound styrene and has a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™706 offers very good abrasion resistance and low hysteresis properties. It can also be used as a replacement for emulsion SBR 1502 in most rubber applications.

Goodyear Rubber Company of So. California Neoprene Polymer, or polychloroprene, is a family of synthetic rubbers that are produced by polymerization of chloroprene. Neoprene was invented by DuPont scientists in 1930. Neoprene polymer exhibits good chemical stability and maintains flexibility over wide temperature range. It is used in wide variety of applications such as laptop sleeves, swim suits, electrical insulations and fire retardant rubber products in mass transit applications.

Astlett Rubber Inc SBR 1502 is a cold polymerized, 23.5% styrene SBR polymer made with a mixed-acid emulsifier, non-staining stabilizer, and salt-acid coagulation. SBR 1502 exhibits excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance, flexibility, and recovery properties that are characteristic of “cold” rubbers. This non-staining, non-discoloring polymer offers a complete range of bright, colorful stocks capable of satisfying requirements in a variety of products.

SBR 1502L is a lower viscosity version of SBR 1502. It is a light-colored, general purpose cold SBR elastomer which provides the maximum in physical properties along with excellent color characteristics.
