Wacker Chemie F 100 is a hot melt kiss-roll applied thread lubricant. It consists of a 100% active compound composed of polydimethylsiloxane coupled with specialty waxes. By applying F 100, it enhances the sewing performance of these threads, particularly in medium-duty applications. Moreover, F 100 contributes to the overall improvement of sewing thread performance.

DeCAL 2181 has excellent wetting and dispersing properties coupled with low foaming. It is intended for wide use in the chemical industry where a surfactant with low foaming characteristics is required. DeCAL 2181 is also suitable for use in pigment pastes and preparations.

Carnauba Wax is obtained from the leaves of the Brazilian palm tree known as ‘Copernica Cerifera’, also referred to as the "Tree of Life". The Carnauba palm flourishes in northeastern regions within Brazil, and proliferates naturally along riverbanks, streams and damp low-lands.The tree exudes wax through the petioles of its fan-shaped leaves, which prevents dehydration in the equatorial climate. The palm leaves, harvested in the dry months occurring from August through December, are sun-dried and mechanically thrashed to separate the wax from the leaf. The color and quality of the wax are governed by the age of the leaves and care used in processing.
