Kollisolv® composed of both hydrophilic and lipophilic excipients, the Kollisolv® portfolio of excipients is focused on addressing API solubility challenges. Available in liquids, semi-solids, and solids, these solubilizers and solvents are primarily used for oral and topical applications.

Absoperine® is the standardized extract obtained from dried unripe berries of Black pepper or Piper nigrum. Most commonly, known as King of Spices, pepper boosts taste and aroma of dishes. It can be used as a nutritional supplement to increase the bioavailability of herbal extracts such as curcumin. It acts by breaking down the fat in cells to increase the internal temperature (thermogenesis) which in turn increases the metabolism and absorptive functions.

Aptamin® is a another DNA Aptamer that the intellectual property rights registered and owned by Nexmos is actively, and stably delivering antioxidant and maximizing (boost) the efficacies via ROS removal, and unexpectable synergy effects of DNA itself.

Kolliphor® grades are used in oral, topical, and parenteral dosage forms, these excipients simplify the formulation process by exerting their versatile functionalities. The Kolliphor® family of solubilizers, emulsifiers, co-emulsifiers, and surfactants are ideal for addressing solubilization challenges to inhibit crystallization and enhance drug bioavailability.

Kollicoat® polymers can also be used for taste masking to improve patient compliance. While these excipients are predominantly used for oral applications, coating polymers can also be utilized for the development of topical films and transdermal patches as film and matrix formers, respectively. The Kollicoat® family of coating polymers consists of a broad range of chemistries to address various film coating challenges.

Soluplus® Offers outstanding solubilization properties, this novel excipient is ideal for poorly soluble APIs. It is applicable for oral solid dosage forms, topical polymeric films, transdermal patches, and solutions.

The unique cocoa powders of JS are highly defatted and near 100% fiber solids. Applied in bakery and confectionery, ice cream and dairy as well as in low caloric health products. Ensuring high intense coloring and dispersibility in liquid is exceptionally good. Due to less fat, a mild alkalization still results in a strong intrinsic color impact without requirements to label alkali (under 7%).

Acconon products are well-characterized mixtures of polyoxyethylene mono- and diglycerides, fatty acids or fatty alcohols. Kollicream® grades are either comprised of esters of fatty acids (3 C, CP 15, DO, IPM), or of natural (OA), as well as naturally derived (OD) long-chain alcohols. Except for CP 15, which is provided in the form of waxy pellets, all other members of the Kollicream® family, as well as Kollisolv® MCT 70, are transparent, colorless liquids at room tempreature. The raw material base is coconut oil, and/or palm kernel oil.

Kollitab™ DC 87 L is an almost white, odorless, and free-flowing powder. It is a coprocessed excipient based on lactose monohydrate (87%), crospovidone (9%), Kollicoat® IR (3%) and sodium stearyl fumarate (1%).

NEOSORB® PF is a pyrogen-free sorbitol used for parenteral preparations. In API applications it is used as a carbohydrate source and osmotic diuretic agent in large volume parenteral injectables.  In excipient applications it is used for Rx injectables as an isotonic agent. Sorbitol is also used as an irrigating fluid for surgical procedures, to prevent intra- and extra-cellular dehydration.
