LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound DX99699 is based on polycarbonate (pc) resin containing glass fiber and PTFE. This grade offers wear resistance and enhanced mold release properties, making it ideal for applications in sport/leisure, personal accessories, home appliances, commercial appliances, electrical devices and displays, and electrical components and infrastructure.

LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound DX09911 is based on polycarbonate (pc) resin. This unreinforced compound features good impact resistance combined with good flow, excellent esthetics, and is colorable. It offers good processability and does not contain intentionally added PFAS. Designed for injection molding, it is suitable for various sub-industries, including automotive interiors, consumer goods, and general industrial applications.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound DJ000ICX4 is a static dissipative compound based on polycarbonate (pc) and carbon nanotube. This grade is electrically conductive and features improved processing capabilities. It offers high flow, heat stabilization, dimensional stability, and impact resistance, with low ionics, outgassing, and liquid particle count. Designed for injection molding, it is suitable for applications in mobile phones, computers, tablets, electrical devices and displays, electrical components and infrastructure, semiconductors, and electronic material handling.

LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound MF004ALS is based on polypropylene (pp) resin reinforced with 20% glass fiber. This grade is heat stabilized, low in extractables, and compliant for food contact applications. It offers high stiffness and strength, making it suitable for use in water management, consumer goods, home appliances, and food and beverage applications. Processed through injection molding, it meets rigorous standards for durability and performance in demanding environments.

SABIC's Specialties Business High heat resistant polycarbonate copolymer, provides DTUL of 290F at 264 psi. FDA food contact compliant in limited colors. Effective January 15th, 2008 this grade will no longer be supported with biocompatibility information and should not be used for medical applications which require biocompatibility. Alternative grade HPH4504. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Transparent/translucent medium viscosity grade for light diffusion. FDA compliant. Color package may affect performance.

This is a general purpose product available for wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

It offers the potential for selective plating on PC/ABS in intricate geometries via a 2K molding process. The material is an ideal material for automotive exterior applications.
