PBY Plastics PB10800T is a compression molded 40% bronze filled PolyTetraFluoroEthylene (PTFE).

Zelfo Technology Zelfo HG is a Patented fiber engineering technologies developed by Zelfo Technology can transform 100% renewable or recycled cellulose fibers into self-binding Zelfo® materials.

Our Heavy-Duty liner is manufactured from an ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene extrusion to produce a plastic liner designed for heavy-duty hauling. When compared to HMW liners, UHMW liners are 3-5X more resistant to wear. Heavy-Duty liners are suitable for larger rock and heavier hauling. The Heavy-Duty liner ranges from 1/4” to 3/4” thickness, and can be manufactured in widths from 1’ to 16’ feet wide. We recommend against hauling any asphalt with this grade of liner. This liner can withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

CHEMLUBE® Ester A is an Excellent processing aid for CPE, CR, CSM and PC-EPDM elastomers. Improves processing characteristics over a wide range of shear conditions. Little to no effect on physical properties. Improves dispersion of filler components. Well suited for compounds destined for extrusion and continuous cure.

Tatrafan REGRANULTE ABS-OST1-WHITE is made by regranulation of molding items and inlets from injection molding process. The regranulate has lentil shape, 4 - 6 mm in size, and white color. It is suitable for further processing into technical plastic and consumer plastic products using injection molding,pressing and extrusion technology. The material is not suitable for products with the direct contact with food. Every customer is required to review this material for the intended use.

Arboform® L, V3 Natur is made from 100% renewable raw materials and is biodegradable. This material contains lignin, which is second only to cellulose as the most abundant natural polymer. Lignin is a by-product of the pulp industry and the volume produced worldwide is about 50 million tons per year. Mixing lignin with natural fibers (flax, hemp or other fiber plants) and natural additives produces a fiber composite that can be processed at raised temperatures and pressure and made into moldings on plastic injection molding machines.

M.G. Polyblends HSC-T-384 is pioneer in developing heat shrinkable, heat curable molding compounds based on polyolefin material containing some specialty chemicals and mold release additives. Curing material (Peroxide particularly dicumyl peroxide) has not been included in this product (HSC-T-384) and hence it does not loses its processing as well as electrical properties during storage. That means it can be stored for any period of time. Users have to incorporate peroxide during sheeting of the material on a Two Roll Mill or mix in a mixer prior to use in Injection Molding. It offers excellent weathering and other electrical properties required in cable jointing applications. This compound offers antitracking properties in the molded product. Outstanding properties of this compound makes an excellent choice for the molding of heat shrinkable Rain Sheds, Cable Breakout Boots and End Caps.

POLYMER-E V33301 is the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer rein(EVA), possessing many excellent characteristics including flexibility, elasticity, transparency, non-toxicity, good resistance to environmental stress cracking, low temperature flexibility, easy processability, etc. One of the applications is the incorporation of foaming agents, crosslinking agents and inorganic fillers with V 33301 for injection and compression molding of X- linked foam shoes.

PTSPSL5-B610 (Polystyrene) is a thermoplastic substance, normally existing in solid state at room temperature, but melting if heated (for molding or extrusion), and becoming solid again when cooling off. Pure solid polystyrene is a colorless, hard plastic with limited flexibility. It can be cast into molds with fine detail. Polystyrene can be transparent or can be made to take on various colors.

MoldWiz® INT-54 - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin or gel coat eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating

CHEMLUBE® Ester H is improves dispersion and filler incorporation for many elastomers. Lowers injection pressure and improves mold flow and release.

Metox VLHP90 is a liquid peroxide initiator based on peroxides methyl ethyl ketone in an Ōalan plasticizer. Compared with the standard MEKP, the initiator contains a reduced content of hydrogen peroxide, water and methyl ethyl ketone. May be used for curing unsaturated polyester resins (UPR), gelcoats, in the presence of cobalt accelerator. Especially recommended for curing gel coats due to very low content of hydrogen peroxide, water and methyl ethyl ketone. This high purity initiator can be used wherever the use of Permix-MC96 is demonstrated too fast gelling. Compared to Metox-BW85, it has a shorter gel and hardening time.

EVATHENE® UE3312 is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA) for use in foam injection and compression molding machine.

POLYMER-E V 26031 is the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer rein(EVA), possessing many excellent characteristics including flexibility, elasticity, non-toxicity, low temperature flexibility, good processability, etc. One of the major application of POLYMER-E V26031 is mixed with blowing agent and cross-linking agent for compression molding foam or injection molding foam of shoe midsole.

TATREN IM 75 81 is a reactor impact copolymer of good processing stability and excellent flowability. This grade contains very effective and modern nucleating agent which in combination with antistatic agent provides short cycles, good dimensional stability of final articles and good mold release in the injection molding process. TATREN IM 75 81 is characterized by excellent organoleptic properties (low taste and odor), high stiffness/impact balance and good flow.

RALUPOL® UP 4806 molding compounds are characterized by excellent dimensional stability with very low processing and post-shrinkage. Due to their high rigidity and excellent heat resistance, RALUPOL® products withstand short-term heat loads. They have excellent electrical insulation and dielectric properties, which are retained even with long-term use at high temperatures. The reason for this is high tracking resistance (CTI> 600 V), arc resistance, glow wire test (GWFI 960 ° C) and a high electrical RTI (relative temperature index) of 170 ° C according to UL 746 (IEC 60216 / T1).

Regranulate has the regular lentil shape, with the dimension 3-5 mm/diferent color/. Evalene® HJ04551 is a High Density Polyethylene grades exhibit superior balance of stiffness, impact strength and chemical resistance, making them ideal for a broad range of applications such as extrusion (blown film, pipe and monofilament) as well as injection, compression and blow molding of consumer, household and industrial products.

Pentox 40 is peroxide initiator for copolymerization of unsaturated resins polyester. They are mainly used with cobalt accelerators at temperature surroundings. These initiators are particularly suitable in those applications where it is required fast molding with transfer of the core, for example cold forming or in injection molding techniques. Compared to the Metox-50 hardener, they contain a lower amount of active oxygen. However, they show a similar one gel time and a greater exothermic effect, therefore, they are not recommended for use in production too thick layers in one operation, as well as for hardening gel coats.
