ZELEC® A081 is an alcohol phosphate that can be used to help decrease the viscosity of high-pressure compounds. It also plays the role of a lubricant additive for plastic materials and provides antistatic properties in fiber lubricating oils. It can also be used as a spreading agent for oils and waxes and as an internal demolding agent for molding plastic and pultrusion. It is an additive that inhibits deposits of a corrosive nature during the soldering of light metals (aluminum and magnesium) and can be used in construction as a concrete additive. It is also used as a dispersing agent in ink formulations.

ZELEC® AN is an amine neutralized phosphate ester used in a variety of industrial composite product applications. It is an amine neutralized version of zelec un. Zelec an maintains the same mold release characteristics as zelec un (see below), but with reduced acidity. The reduced acidity of zelec an allows for reduced die corrosion in closed molded thermoset applications.

ZELEC® A130 can be used as a wetting agent in the paint and coating industries. In this application, it could also contribute to the improvement of corrosion resistance, gloss, color acceptance, wet scrub resistance, and the hiding power of the film. It can also be used as an antistatic agent in textile and leather finishing and processing and in rubber, plastic, and composite processing. It can also act as an emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluid, printing pressrooms, and oil fields. It can also be used as a demolding agent in a construction area and in rubber, plastic, or composite processing. It also has lubrication properties for metalworking fluids and textile and leather finishing and processing, including extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties.

WACKER® AK 1 000 000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 1000000 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits excellent water-repellent properties, good dielectric properties, low surface tension, and high surface activity. Additionally, it is highly unreactive.

WACKER® AK 30000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 30000 mm²/s. Its chemical structure provides it with exceptional properties that differentiate it from organic materials like mineral oils. Notably, WACKER® AK 30000 exhibits good dielectric properties, making it suitable for applications requiring electrical insulation. WACKER® AK 200000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200,000 mm²/s. It exhibits minimal variation in physical characteristics across a wide temperature range, making it highly reliable. It exhibits excellent water-repellent properties, good dielectric properties, and low surface tension, resulting in high surface activity.

WACKER® AK 300000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 300000 mm²/s. Its unique chemical structure imparts exceptional properties to WACKER® AK 300000, distinguishing it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits excellent water-repellent properties and possesses good dielectric properties.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. WACKER® AK 500000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 500,000 mm²/s. Its unique chemical structure gives it exceptional properties that distinguish it from organic materials like mineral oils. WACKER® AK 500000 is a clear, odorless, and colorless liquid with a high flash point and excellent heat resistance. Additionally, it exhibits good solubility in a wide range of solvents.

SILFAR® E 1049 is a silicone fluid emulsion specifically formulated for a wide range of applications, including those in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is composed of components that meet the necessary standards outlined in the relevant EP and USP monographs. SILFAR® E 1049 can be utilized as an excipient in pharmaceutical products, although it cannot be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient.
