accelothene® G5 serves plastics and elastomers with several functions: it acts as a melt flow agent, offering excellent flow properties and good mechanical characteristics. It enhances productivity while reducing energy consumption and requiring low processing temperatures. This product is in pellet form and solid in its physical state.

Sterocoll® DF 4 serves as a thickener and rheology modifier, typically presenting as an off-white emulsion in liquid form. Sterocoll® DF 4 is utilized for various applications that require viscosity adjustments and control of rheological properties in formulations.

Rheovis® VP 1231 is a rheology modifier that, unlike traditional acrylic thickeners effective in alkaline pH, has its maximum thickening effect in polymer dispersions at a pH of about 5. It can be used as a protective colloid in the production of resin dispersions and is suitable when resin solutions are mixed with polymer dispersions.

Irgatec® CR 76 IC is a product designed for end uses in nonwoven applications, specifically with compatible polymers and resins such as polypropylenes (PP). AEROSIL® R 106 is a hydrophobic fumed silica after treated with D4 (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).

AEROSIL® R 208 is a fumed silica aftertreated with polydimethylsiloxane with excellent thickening properties.

AEROSIL® 200 HV is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROXIDE® Alu C 805 is a fine-particulate, fumed aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) that is highly hydrophobized with an organosilane.

ZEOFREE® 5162 is a finely milled, hydrophilic silica. It is primarily used as a free-flow agent in other applications. ZEOFREE® 5162 can also be used in-situ hydrophobized in defoamers. The use of an alkaline catalyst is recommended.

AEROSIL® 300 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g.

SIPERNAT® D 10 is a milled hydrophobic (i.e., not wettable by water) silica. It is used in a great variety of defoamers due to its high effectiveness and ease of dispersion.

TEGO® SML 20 is a liquid emulsifier that is non-ionic and made of polyoxyethylene-(20)-sorbitan monolaurate. It is used as a solubilizer for oils and dyestuffs, as well as a defoamer and antistatic agent in textile formulations. TEGO® SML 20 is compatible with anionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants due to its non-ionic nature. It is also biodegradable and has good environmental behavior. When used as a co-emulsifier, it exhibits synergistic effects with other surfactants.

SIPERNAT® 50 S is a hydrophilic, finely milled silica. Besides its application as flow aid and highly effective anticaking agent it also may serve as carrier of especially high absorptive capacity in case particle fineness is required.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

ZEOFREE® 5161 is a hydrophilic, coarse silica combining a high absorptive capacity with a good flowability. It is well suited to transform any type of liquid, including defoamers, into dry, free flowing powder concentrates.

SIPERNAT® 500 LS is a very finely ground silica with high surface area, low drying loss and particulary high absorbency.

AEROSIL® OX 50 is a fumed silica with a very low specific surface area, low thickening, and high purity. The product can be used as an additive or as a raw material. In polymer composites, high filler loading can be achieved, making it possible to control essential characteristics of polymers.

AEROSIL® 380 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 380 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 812 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It can be used for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming agent.

GENIOPLAST® Pellet S is a pelletized silicone gum formulation that contains a remarkably high loading of ultrahigh molecular weight (UHMW) siloxane polymer. It is primarily used as a plastic additive. Flytac 191’s is obtained by hydrogenating cracked C5 to achieve high-quality, multi-purpose, water-white thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. This C5 hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin is mainly used for hot melt adhesives, and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive tackifiers. It has good thermal stability, low odor, and good compatibility with SIS, APAO, etc.

Gelest POLYDIMETHYLSILOXANE, TRIMETHYLSILOXY TERMINATED, 100 cSt (DMS-T21) has good thermal stability. It functions as a diluent and is used in brakes.

AFCONA 8530 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based paints. Its acidic group provides excellent anchoring of inorganic pigments and matting agents. Its linear structure helps to reduce the viscosity of filler and extender dispersions.
