NuSOL® Technologies are formulated using a dual-blend of unique, preformed emulsions and high molecular weight, high viscosity petroleum hydrocarbon oil and surfactant technologies that possess an average particle less than the size of one micron, which provide excellent wetting, detergency and boundary lubrication. This particle size provides a very durable lubricant film, enhanced wetting and coverage, a very clean-running fluid and exceptional hard water stability. White Ice series are silicone based thermal greases engineered with special binding agents to reduce bleed and oil separation. These compounds offers excellent wetting properties, spreadability and the low viscosity formulation makes them easy to apply to thin bond line thickness for minimum thermal resistance. Timtronics silicone compounds offer superior conductivity, low thermal resistance and long term stability.

CC LUBE™ is a state-of-the-art, semi-synthetic, multi-purpose lubricant that combines an aluminum complex thickener for extreme water resistance with the latest synthetic ingredients and PTFE to create a transparent, long-lasting, high lubricity lubricant of quality and performance.

Vanishing Oil is designed for light duty blanking, stamping, very shallow draws and fine forming. The light oily film evaporates in 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the environment, leaving a clean surface with virtually no residue. Vanishing oil is compatible with all metals including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, brass, mild steel (1010, 1008) and silicone steel alloys.

Dynalene develops, manufactures and distributes industrial heat transfer fluids and coolants such as glycols, which include propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, BioGlycol, solar glycol, Geoglycol as well as other fluids including potassium formate, calcium chloride, hydrocarbon and silicone chemistries.

Ultrachem P-ACO Series is a group of high performance, multifunctional lubricants designed for use in many industrial applications. These are considered environmentally friendly since they are zinc free. These premium petroleum oils are Ultrachem’s answer for petroleum oils where OEM specifications are critical. They are very useful where frequent change outs are necessary due to poor environments prone to contamination from dust, acids, solvents, gasses, or other contaminants. The P-ACO Series has a service life of 2,000 – 4,000 hours under good operating conditions in rotary screw compressors and up to 2,000 hours in reciprocating compressors. The additive chemistry found in this series provides high performance ashless hydraulic fluids and compressor oils with antiwear properties.

CALTRAN™ transformer oils have excellent dielectric properties, high thermal stability and good resistance to oxidation. CALTRAN transformer oils fully meet ASTM D3487 specifications for Type I and Type II mineral insulating oil in electrical apparatus.

Blue Ice Series are unique synthetic thermal greases engineered to provide low bleed and oil migration (Pump Out) to prevent component contamination associated with silicone greases. They offer superior thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance with long term stability.

Air Tool Oil AT-10™ is a multi-functional air tool oil that lubricates, cleans and protects - Improves tool power, speed, operation and reliability. It will removes gummy deposits, stops rust, and repels air line moisture and water spray.

Coolube® lubricants are formulated from 100% natural, non-toxic, non-staining ingredients. Coolube® lubricants will not oxidize (become sticky or leave a residue) and are biodegradable.

Emgard® are designed for highest protection from wear to the drive train. They provide maximum component life and allow the enhancement of service life. The drain intervals can be extended and the used oil disposal can be reduced. These fully synthetic axle oils provide measurable fuel savings and thus contribute to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Emgard® grades are high-performance lubes show superior performance at extreme temperatures from minus 40°C to plus 40°C. They have an extremely low pour point. Compared to conventional mineral-based oils BTC’s axle lubes show a significant improvement in heat management during operation. Our axle lubricants form a durable film which reduces wear and protects drive axles and manual transmissions against rust from moisture. Sludge is reduced due to outstanding oxidation and aging stability.

Hysol™ AMG is a chlorine-free, heavy duty, emulsifiable fluid for machining and grinding steel, cast iron, stainless steels, aluminum, titanium and copper alloys. This low foaming fluid is specifically formulated for use with naturally soft or softened waters while still maintaining emulsion stability in hard waters. The oily concentrate of Hysol AMG is easy to mix with water, forming a stable, milky white, non-foaming emulsion that helps protect machines and manufactured parts from rust and stain while resisting the development of rancid odors and fungus. Hysol AMG provides heavy duty extreme pressure lubricity without the use of chlorinated ingredients, making it an excellent choice for a wide variety of machining and grinding applications. These include broaching, tapping, reaming, deep hole drilling, multi-tool operations on CNC machines, centerless grinding and creep-feed grinding.
