Trapylen® 911 S is newly developed chlorine-free polyolefin with excellent adhesion properties on polyolefinic substrates such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and with limitations to adhesion strength - as well to polyethylene. Further advantage of this grade is its good solubility in non-aromatic solvents. TRAPYLEN® 911 S is used as adhesion promoter for in printing inks, adhesives and paints, or as a straight primer.

Trapur® T 4121 serves as a primer and adhesion promoter system specifically designed for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefinic plastics. It primarily employs raw materials such as chlorinated polyolefins (CPO), chlorine-free modified polyolefins (APO), and polyurethanes (PU). Trapylen® 145 X 2 is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene recognized for its remarkable affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, to a limited extent in adhesion strength, PE. Notably, the resin in Trapylen® 145 X 2 boasts a higher molecular weight within the range of 110,000 and a significantly lower chlorine content compared to other maleic-modified Trapylen® grades. These distinctive properties contribute to improved adhesion as well as enhanced heat and chemical resistance. However, it's important to note that these enhancements come at the cost of lower solubility and compatibility.

Trapur® 8000 is a primer and adhesion promoter system catering to coating, bonding, printing, and laminating activities on polyolefinic plastics. The primary raw materials involved include chlorinated polyolefins (CPO), chlorine-free modified polyolefins (APO), and polyurethanes (PU). Notably, it is designed for use with TPO films and is cross-linkable, with toluene as the solvent.

Trapylen® 128 X is a suitable product for coating plastic parts, particularly when applied as a primer. In this application, the product is used as a resin solution without the need for modification with other binder resins. Application methods include dip-coating, spraying guns, or the tampon printing method. Notably, Trapylen® 128 X is characterized by very good adhesion properties. Xylene is employed as the solvent in this formulation.

Trapylen® 113 S is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene known for its exceptional affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, with certain limitations in adhesion strength, PE. Notably, it possesses a higher molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution compared to other modified chlorinated types.
