ELASTOSIL® LR 3844/40 A/B is an oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3843 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. POWERSIL® 3525 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, ready-to-use, addition-curing compound that produces an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer upon curing. Compared to conventional silicone rubber, it shows fast curing, with curing time being reduced by 30 to 50% depending on wall thickness and available machinery and runner system. No peroxide decomposition products are released during the curing process.

SILPURAN® 6610/40 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound. Its vulcanizates are noted for their significantly reduced tendency towards radical-induced reattachment, i.e., healing, of slit valve surfaces during sterilization by gamma irradiation and e-beam (≤ 75 kGy). ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4806/20 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber grade. It is a one-component compound that undergoes platinum-curing and is used for manufacturing molded articles. These vulcanizates generate a thin oil film with lubricating properties shortly after the curing process. Since the crosslinking system relies on platinum cure, there are no peroxide decomposition products produced during curing.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/40 US A/B is a primerless, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) grade that adheres to various plastic substrates, e.g. PA, PBT, and metals, but not to the mold surface. The bonding is improved by oven-curing for 1 hour at 100°C or 24 hours at room temperature.
