It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content is below 1000 ppm. The dispersion is characterized by high bonding strength combined with increased flexural strength and good compatibility with inorganic fillers like CaCO3.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 58 is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. It offers excellent cure properties, allowing for low platinum concentration and low temperature cure. This crosslinker provides good release stability, ensuring consistent performance over time. It also demonstrates good anchorage, which may vary depending on the substrates used.

VINNOL® H 40/60 is a copolymer composed of approximately 61 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 39 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). This product is manufactured without the inclusion of coalescents, organic solvents, plasticizers, or compounds containing alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO). It exhibits excellent penetration into porous substrates and offers great flexibility.

VINNOL® H 40/50 is a copolymer composed of approximately 63 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 37 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes physical drying, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is an ethyl silicate polymer. It is a low-viscosity liquid that provides approximately 41% of silicon dioxide (silica) upon complete hydrolysis. WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is used for the precipitation of polymeric SiO2 structures (silica) upon complete hydrolysis, with ethanol being produced as a by-product.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. This product offers good adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints.

DEHESIVE® 944 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone recommended for use as a release coating. It offers excellent release stability, medium release at low peel speeds, excellent bath life, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. It can be used for coating polyester films (PET), papers, and PE-laminated papers.
