- These are precipitated and modified amorphous silica products uniquely developed to provide rapid incorporation in rubber matrix & excellent dispersion behavior. They offer high filler loading with favorable rheological and mechanical properties, excellent calendaring properties, impart superior matting effect & surface appearance, low tension & compression set with good aging properties. and provides superior abrasion resistance
- These innovative reinforcing fillers are nanoparticle products with high surface area. They exhibit a unique synergism in combination with carbon black to increase the toughness and durability of mechanical properties of rubber goods. These products replace 20% to 30% of carbon black in rubber formulation and improve process ability due to inherent plasticity and disperse the Carbon Black during processing along with enhancement in elongation at break, provides optimum scorch-safety & good heat aging properties due to its fibrous structure
