20 Microns offers a significant range of regular, fine and ultra-fine grades of Hydrous Kaolins from its own best reserves for use across different industries including Paint, Paper, Printing Inks, Paper Board, Rubber, etc. Our unique grades are among the finest in the world in terms of Brightness, Rheology and Fineness. These grades are designed to give excellent coated surface properties like Gloss, Shade and Smoothness. Specialty grades give excellent results in terms of Opacity and Gloss. Ultra-fine Hydrous Kaolins with narrow particle size distribution, close to that of Titanium Dioxide, enhances the effective spacing of Titanium Dioxide particles and helps partial replacement in high sheen water-based paints and solvent-based glossy enamel paints. Hydrous Kaolins are normally used as a functional fillers in Ink Formulation, Rubber Industries and Agrochemicals. The platy structure, fine particle size distribution and medium oil absorption property of Hydrous Clay provides great benefits to Paper, Adhesives and Sealants. 20 Microns offers a variety of Hydrous Kaolins under various brands among which Pearlluster is one.

White Kaolin is a hydrated aluminum silicate produced by using purest kaolin deposits and passing through robust processing technology. White Kaolin provides great covering ability and anti-caking properties, excellent opacity & scrub resistance help clear up breakouts and blemished skin.

20 Microns ATPGEL 50 is an Attapulgite product. Attapulgite, a naturally occurring mineral, is a crystalline hydrated magnesium alumino silicate with a three dimensional chain structure that gives it unique colloidal and sorptive properties. Fully hydrated attapulgite grades thickens liquids without swelling. Highly thermally activated grades combine high surface area with porosity to optimize sorptivity. The Attapulgite thickeners effectively form thixotropic colloidal gels in ionic and non-ionic aqueous solutions. They also develop thixotropic gels in most organic liquids to develop thickening and/or suspension properties when dispersed with various cationic or non-ionic surfactants. All Attapulgite products provide thixotropic viscosity in liquid systems and are not impacted by extreme changes in pH or temperatures. Contrary to many commercial thickeners, the Attapulgite products are able to build viscosity in the presence of very high salt concentrations.

Vapormat® is diatomaceous earth which is a specially processed product using a very high-quality deposit. This product is beneficial in providing high absorbance capacity and reducing thickener requirements.

Micron Wax 32 AF is a micronised wax additive developed to provide effective dispersing agent for PE masterbatch applications and excellent slip and release properties.

LC 80 is unique opacity pigment powder for use in water born paint applications. LC 80 is designed to give optimal optical properties enabling partial replacement of TiO2 in water born paint.

Nano Tox 209 is a high-quality rutile TiO2 used in cosmetics applications. It offers the highest opacity, exceptional tint strength, very high gloss & superior dispersibility in a broad range of white and color applications.

Hyperwax series are modified polymeric waxes, specially developed for color & specialty MB applications. These waxes offer excellent wetting & dispersion to the pigment surface and thus contribute towards minimal Filter Pressure Value (FPV) and good color strength with excellent surface finish. These also provide ease in processability during extrusion and can replace the costly waxes. Hyperwax 30 is a low-density polyethylene wax in granules form produced by high-pressure polymerization process.

C TOX is a buff - color rutile titanium dioxide pigment, specifically designed to give outstanding opacity and high tinting strength & excellent UV stability in dark and black color masterbatches & rubber compounds.

Vaporsil 90 is an inspiring innovation of nano reinforcing silica specially developed to enhance the mechanical properties in rubber compounding and effectively replace conventional carbon black.
