Supermag 150 is an efficient activator that is highly active, and has high surface area MgO. It is produced under a special processing condition, thereby resulting in controlled particle size distribution. Supermag 150 is a high active magnesium oxide mainly used as an acid scavenger, scorch retarder, or curing agent during the cross-linking of several rubber compounds containing halogens or nitrile groups. Examples include chloroprene rubber and synthetics rubber (FKM, CIIR, BIIR, CPE).

Synsil 6 is a precipitated and modified amorphous silica product uniquely developed to provide rapid incorporation in rubber matrix & excellent dispersion behavior. They offer high filler loading with favorable rheological and mechanical properties and excellent calendaring properties. It imparts a superior matting effect & surface appearance, low tension & compression set with good aging properties and provides superior abrasion resistance.

Mag FR is a magnesium hydroxide (MDH) compound. Its processing temperature exceeds 220°C which indicates higher thermal stability. These products prevent ignition, flame spread & prolong escape time for thermoplastics and rubbers.

SR Filler is a functional additive. Its efficiency results from the unique irregular particle shapes, tight particle size distribution, bright & white color, and refractive index similar to the polyolefin resin.

Talc HFM 25 is sub-microns particle size platy talc with a high surface area & high aspect ratio to provide excellent barrier properties. During injection molding, these talcs act as ideal reinforcing fillers which provide greater stiffness & impact strength better dimensional stability. Our Calcined Clay - Hyper 200 R is calcined metakaolin produced by removing chemically bound water from the crystal structure. This Calcined clay is brighter than most water-washed clays, offering excellent processing and reinforcement in rubber application.

Delam Clay 802 P is a specially processed levigated delaminated kaolin with large & platy particles having a high aspect ratio which eventually reduces gas, vapor permeability which means improving barrier property in rubber inner-liners and other applications. In tire tread rubber compositions, it partially replaces silica and/or carbon black while maintaining acceptable physical properties of the rubber compositions and acceptable performance characteristics of the tires.
