AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-200F is a moderate molecular weight, moderate hydroxyl number resin consisting of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). This product has been developed in flake form in order to enable formulators to meet VOC and HAPS regulations. This resin can be dissolved in VOC and HAPS exempt solvents such as acetone, Oxsol® 100, t-butyl acetate, and dimethyl carbonate to meet the strictest air quality requirements. LUMIFLON resins are used to make ultra-weatherable coatings for architectural, aerospace, automotive, and industrial maintenance markets.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF910LM - FEVE Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether solventborne polyol used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability and excellent chemical resistance. It has low molecular weight coupled with a high hydroxyl value and is formulated into 2K crosslinkable coatings. Low molecular weight also allows for easy blending with other polyols. Markets include heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for concrete.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-916F is a low molecular weight resin that is used to create coatings with high crosslink density. This resin is made of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE) and comes in flake form to comply with regulations for VOC and HAPS. It can be dissolved in solvents that are exempt from these regulations, such as acetone, Oxsol® 100, t-butyl acetate, and dimethyl carbonate. AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FE-45000 is a water emulsion product developed to enable formulators to meet VOC and HAPS regulations on many solvents in the US. This product has low hydroxyl functionality and is designed for use in single-component coatings. Like other LUMIFLON® resins, it is used to produce coatings with high gloss and excellent weatherability. This product can also be used in blends with standard acrylic resins to substantially improve weathering of these conventional products. LUMIFLON® polymers consist of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). The fluorinated segments provide outstanding UV stability, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, while the vinyl ether segments provide solvent compatibility and crosslinking sites. These resins are used to make ultra-weatherable coatings for architectural, aerospace, automotive, and industrial maintenance markets.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF810Y - FEVE Solvent-borne Resin is a solvent-borne fluoroethylene vinyl ether resin that is designed for weather-resistant coatings. It has a high molecular weight, making it suitable for use in high-performance, one-component formulations. Coatings made with LF810Y exhibit high gloss and excellent durability. This general-purpose resin is commonly used in architectural air dry and light-duty industrial applications.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF200 - FEVE Solvent-borne Resin Polyol is a solventborne fluoroethylene vinyl ether resin designed for weather-resistant coatings. It has hydroxyl functionality and can be crosslinked with polyisocyanates. Coatings based on LF200 exhibit high gloss and excellent durability. LF200 is a general purpose resin, used for heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for alternative energy applications.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-600X consists of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). The fluorinated segments provide outstanding UV stability, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, while the vinyl ether segments provide solvent compatibility and crosslinking sites. LUMIFLON resins are used to make ultra-weatherable coatings for architectural, aerospace, automotive, and industrial maintenance markets. LUMIFLON LF-600X is a moderate OH number resin. It is typically used to formulate coil coatings where flexibility and excellent weatherability are required. The major market where LF-600X finds application is the architectural market. However, LF-600X is also being used in ambient cure applications where high coating flexibility is required, for example, in coatings for plastics.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. RESIFA™ SOLESPHERE™ NP-200 is a non-porous, heat-treated silica particle. Belonging to the NP-series, it has a very high hardness, so it is often used as a filler for increasing resin hardness. The high refractiveness of these grades offers good transparency when added to resins and films. It is also used for anti-blocking in film applications. The NP-series has excellent heat resistance and is very dimensionally stable at various temperature ranges.
