- The surface to which SR8850-2 is to be applied should be thoroughly cleaned.
- The primer is applied in a manner to produce a thin, uniform coating.
- Allow primer to air dry for not less than one hour and protected from contamination.

Temperature Time 25°C 2 hrs The die or component can also be tacked on the substrate at 125C or higher with 10 psi. When a filet around the edge of the die or component is observed, the pressure can be released for the rest of the bonding cycle.

The material is normally supplied in a 2.5, 4.0, or 10 oz. amounts. It consists of the silicone adhesive portion in a plastic dispenser cartridge with the primer in a glass or metal container which are heat sealed in an aluminum bag with dessicant to protect from moisture.
