EBECRYL® 640/20 TO is a modified diacrylate ester of bisphenol A epoxy resin. Films cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high surface hardness, gloss, and excellent solvent resistance, typical of epoxy resins. This product is widely used in UV/EB applications, including inks, coatings, and overprint varnishes. It features low energy consumption, long pot life, good pigment wetting, improved hardness, high pigment loading, high gloss, improved chemical resistance, faster cycle time, and low-temperature curing. Suitable application methods include gravure coating, lithography, roller coating, and screen coating.
