The gum acacia is used merely in the food industry as a stabilizer. It is a natural emulsifier, that means it keeps together ingredients that normally would not mix well.

Amstel Product BV Xanthan gum is an EU-approved product, known as E415. It is a polysaccharide that is created through a fermentation process. Xanthan gum is used in food products as a strong thickening agent and stabilizer. The product is also known under the names xantan gum, or gomme de xanthane and gum xanthan/ksantan gum.

Locust bean gum is a natural products, extracted from the carob tree, mostly found in the Mediterranean region. Locust bean gum is extracted from the carob bean, the seeds of the carob tree. Amstel Product BV Guar Gumis an EU-approved product, known as E214. It can be safely used in any food products. Guar gum is the ground endosperm of guar seeds. The guar seed is dehusked, milled and screened by guar gum manufacturers to obtain the powder. Guar gum powder is colored an off-white, vegetable gum, primarily used in the food industry. Guar Gum is a thickening agent, made from Guar beans. It is also called guargum/guargom/guaran/goma guar/gomme de guar or just guar.
