What started in 1928 as a hobby for Grandpa Paul burgeoned into a family business for son Norman, and now blossoms under the watchful eye of grandson Steve, who oversees virtually every step in the process from tapping trees to bottling 100% pure maple syrup. Here in Cumberland, Wisconsin, harvesting maple syrup is a labor of love.
