ARCOR® 1321K is a solvent-free bisphenol F coating specifically formulated for both immersion and non-immersion service, particularly in aggressive environments. This self-priming coating creates a robust and chemically resistant layer on ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as concrete surfaces. With its low viscosity and excellent flexibility, ARCOR® 1321K is particularly well-suited for external applications subjected to aggressive exposures. It can be applied by hand or spray onto metals or concrete, and its long pot-life and overcoat window make it ideal for larger surface area applications using airless or plural component spray systems. ARCOR® 25551 Quick-Set is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy adhesive that is moisture insensitive. However, with the incorporation of small mesh Ceramic Beads and specific high-strength fibers, ARCOR® 8506 exhibits an exceptionally high level of impact, abrasion, and compressive strengths. This self-wetting formulation can be applied without a primer and is suitable for vertical and overhead surfaces at a thickness of up to +1/2" (500 mils, 12.5mm). It can be effortlessly leveled, resulting in a smooth finish that eliminates the need for a topcoat, significantly reducing both application and turnaround time. This self-wetting formulation can be applied without a primer, even at a thickness of up to +3/4" (750 mils, 18.75mm) on vertical and overhead surfaces. It can be smoothly leveled, eliminating the need for a topcoat, thereby significantly reducing application and turnaround time. With a convenient 1:1 Mix Ratio by volume, ARCOR® 8507 is easy to use in the field. It offers a similar application, look, and feel as our EE-94, but with lower temperature limits and different chemical resistance properties.
