MoldWiz® PU-13RX - A Liquid mold release agent that is ideally suited for molding polyurethane foam, polymer concrete and other composites molding applications. May be used with FRP or metal molds and is ideal for porous tooling, effectively sealing the surface and contributing to smoother parts. Easier and less time consuming to use and less likely to build up than conventional paste wax release.

MoldWiz® 249-B41 is a liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the demolded part. Numerous demoldings per application of release agent can be expected without any necessity for washing the parts. The release will not interfere with secondary finishing operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

XTEND® 19ZAM - An air-drying reactive resin solution that cures to a cross-linked semi-permanent coating, which provides multiple release without transfer.

MoldWiz® WB-2700 - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the demolded part. Numerous demoldings per application of release agent can be expected without any necessity for washing the parts. XTEND® 19RSS - An air-drying reactive resin solution that cures to a cross-linked semi-permanent coating, which provides multiple release without transfer.

XTEND® W-3236 - A semi-permanent, aqueous emulsion, external mold release agent that forms a uniform cured film on drying. Selective adhesion on the mold surface prevents the film from being torn off with de-molding.

MoldWiz® WB-GR50 - A water based external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by adsorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting

XTEND® 19RBU - An air-drying reactive resin solution that cures to a cross-linked semi-permanent coating, which provides multiple release without transfer.

MoldWiz® INT-AM150 is an internal lubricant with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous resin solution. The addition of this internal lubricant gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The internal lubricant will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.

MoldWiz® INT-PUL34 - A liquid internal mold release/process aid additive which is incorporated directly into the resin to provide release from the die in pultrusion processing. Will also: improve line speed; reduce pull force; enhance wetting of reinforcements and fillers; and improve the surface appearance of molded profiles. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin or interfere with secondary operations such as printing, painting or bonding of cured parts. May also be used as an internal mold release in other processes that utilize polyester, vinyl ester and hybrid thermoset resin systems.
