MoldWiz® WB-GR50 - A water based external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by adsorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin. MoldWiz® EM-1212SF2 - A water-based external release agent with anti-rusting properties that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

XTEND® W-3236 - A semi-permanent, aqueous emulsion, external mold release agent that forms a uniform cured film on drying. Selective adhesion on the mold surface prevents the film from being torn off with de-molding.

MoldWiz® WB-4606 - A water-based external release agent that adheres to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin. Multiple releases for each application can be achieved.

XTEND® W-7283R - Proprietary resin emulsion comprising modified siloxanebased polymers which crosslink and form a release film upon evaporation of the water carrier.

MoldWiz® INT-AM150 is an internal lubricant with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous resin solution. The addition of this internal lubricant gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The internal lubricant will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.
