Magna-Tac™ A-39 is a 100% -solids, two-component, solvent-free, formulated epoxy adhesive in paste form specifically designed for metal-to-metal applications and for bonding other rigid materials such as glass, plastics, wood and structural laminates based on glass or fiber reinforced melamine, silicone, polyester, phenolic, epoxy, etc. resins. This adhesive may be cured at room temperature or at elevated temperatures, depending on manufacturing conditions, properties desired and on service requirements for the finished assembly.

Magna-Tac™ M648-T is a high-strength, room-temperature-curing, 100%-Reactive, two-component, formulated epoxy adhesive designed for bonding all metals and other rigid materials (such as glass, ceramics, plastics, plastic foams and structural laminates) to themselves and to each other. Fully cured bonds exhibit minimal shrinkage, are electrical insulators and provide excellent resistance to weather, galvanic action and most chemical, acids and alkalis.

Magna-Tac™ TR-8899 is a one part formulated thermosetting epoxy designed to adhere metals and alloys in transformer cores, as well as electric motor rotors and stators. It is a translucent, low viscosity adhesive and is generally applied by roller, dipping or spray.

Magna-Cryl™ 2464 is a UV curable, permanent coating providing painted and bare metal aircraft parts with a protective coating against exposure to jet fuels and other aircraft fluids. It meets Boeing’s BMS 1060-A specification to protect aircraft parts from exposure to standard aircraft fluids. It can be applied by spray or brush. To cure Magna-Cryl 2464, a UV curable lamp is required.

Magna-Tac™ A31 adhesive is a two-part, room temperature curing, epoxy resin formulation for general purpose applications. It is thixotropic with a creamy or buttery consistency that is easy to work and apply. Higher temperatures do not affect the thixotropy, tending, on the contrary, to inhibit flow further. Color is neutral.

Magna-Tac™ M773 A/B is a low mixed viscosity, high strength, 100% reactive, room temperature curing formulated epoxy adhesive.

Magna-Tac™ E645 is a two-part, thermosetting, formulated epoxy adhesive for bonding stack laminations used in stators, rotors, gyros, servomechanisms, synchros, transformers and magnetic amplifiers. It can also be used as an insulating varnish for impregnated coils and small electrical equipment. Bonding is achieved by heat. Only sufficient pressure to assure complete contact is needed.

Magna-Tac™ F-310 is a one part, heat cure adhesive designed for high temperature applications including motor laminates, transform cores. It is formulated with exceptionally low hydrolysable chloride for exceptional chemical resistance to aggressive solvents and concentrated acids.

Magna-Tac™ BM16 is a compounded neoprene flammable brush contact cement. It is an excellent general purpose, brush grade contact bond adhesive designed for application properties such as easy coat and roll, fast dry, high tack, long open time, and outstanding compatibility.

Magna-Cryl™ 2807 is a clear, UV curable lamination adhesive for bonding flexible or rigid materials such as mylar, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polyester, or PVC. It is particularly suited for applications where optical clarity is mandatory. Best results are achieved when MagnaCryl 2807 is cured through one of the substrates, However, it can be also be cured first before substrates are joined. It may be applied by flat or rotary screen. Recommended mesh count ranges from 90 to 110. We recommend curing the MagnaCryl 2807 with one 300 watt lamp.
