BD5405 NS is a two-part, non-sag, room temperature cure, epoxy adhesive designed for high speed bonding of metals, ceramics, and most plastics. It is a thixotropic paste consistency to prevent running and sagging it gives good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 20 – 30 minutes with a full cure at room temperature within 24 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

RodLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of steel and fiberglass rods into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, RodLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. RodLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. RodLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. RodLock adhesives are not UV stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. Due to its high strength, keep groove widths and depths to a minimum, as wide and deep grooves may cause RodLock to crack the granite upon reacting and shrinking. We are not liable for cracked counter tops due to this effect.

ClipLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of rotolocs, grommets, dishwasher mounts, sink clips into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, ClipLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. ClipLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. ClipLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. ClipLock adhesives are not UV stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. BD54190 is a two-part, mineral filled, room temperature cure, epoxy adhesive designed for the bonding of metals, ceramics, and many plastics. It cures at room temperature to a tough, semi-flexible material. It has good wetting to most surfaces and is free flowing to penetrate cavities and give good self-leveling and air release. Because it is a filled epoxy, it gives very good vibration and impact resistance. It gives good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases and most organic solvents. It was especially formulated to a 1 part a to 1 part b volume ratio mix for use in side by side cartridges and meter mix equipment. BD54190 can reach handling cure at room temperature within 16 to 20 hours, but it can be accelerated by the use of heat. Times and temperatures from 2 hours at 65°c to 20 minutes at 100°c are typical for many applications. The time to heat the substrate must also be taken into consideration. Cooler temperatures will also extend work time and cure time.

BD1020 is a two-part methacrylate, flexibilized, super toughened, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Combined at a ratio of 10:1, BD1020 has a working time of 3 to 7 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. BD1020 provides high strength, superior impact strength, and very flexible bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. BD1020 bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals and will allow a great deal of movement of the substrates due to CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion) differences. BD1020 adhesives are not UV stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops.
