WC-595 A/B is a two-part, clear, 90 Shore A polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use wherever a tough, flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. It is UV light andoxidation resistant and can be easily tinted or pigmented to clean bright colors.WC-595 A/B does not contain MOCA, MDA or TDI. In addition to being an excellent castable product, it also functions well as an adhesive for bonding various substrates.

WC-565 A/B is a two-part, clear, colorless aliphatic-based polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use whenever a flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. Itis UV light and oxidation resistant and can be easily tinted or pigmented to clean bright colors.WC-565 A/B does not contain MOCA, TDI, or MDA. In addition to being an excellent castable product, it also functions well as an adhesive for bonding various substrates.

TC-5015 A/B is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing silicone rubber designed for making molds and parts. When used to make molds, the TC-5015 A/B is translucent enough to see through when casting into the mold cavity. This aids in developing void free surfaces on the casting. TC-5015 A/B is also commonly used to make ink stamp pads as well as other types of pressure pads.

TC 5005 A/B-C is a room temperature curing silicone elastomer intended primarily for making silicone skins, but is also used as a general purpose rubber. This product is a condensation cured system using a tin catalyst that provides a 1.5-2 hour work time with 16-24 hour demold time.

TC-5041 A/B is a high tear strength, addition/platinum, room temperature curing silicone rubber designed for mold making, encapsulation applications, pressure pads, gaskets, and various types of parts. It is also used to make molds for casting low melting metals. With the use of talc powder as an interface the TC-5041 A/B has been used with cast metal temperatures running 650°F (344°C). With the ability to withstand high temperatures the TC-5041 A/B works very well as a mask for metal spraying and welding operations.

TC-5050 A/B is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing silicone rubber designed for mold making, encapsulation applications, pressure pads, gaskets, and various types of parts. It is also used to make molds for casting low melting metals into. With the use of talc powder as an interface the TC-5050 A/B has been used in production with cast metal temperatures running 650°F (344°C) and has been subject to temperatures up to 850°F (454°C)for making a limited number of casts. With the ability to withstand high temperatures the TC-5050 A/B works very well as a mask for metal spraying and welding operations.

TC-5024A/B is a two-component, room temperature curing silicone elastomer. This system is designed primarily for making molds, but is also used for gaskets as well as a wide variety of parts. This product is a condensation cured system using a tin catalyst that provides a 30-minute work time with a 4-6 hour demold time.

TC-5045 A/B is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing silicone rubber designed for mold making, encapsulation applications, pressure pads, gaskets, and various types of parts. It is anexcellent mold material for casting rigid and flexible urethane systems. It may also be used as a mold making material for casting low melting metals in continuous operations to 650F (344°C) and sporadic applications of 850F (454°C). TC-5045 A/B has proven to be less inhibited in its cure than standard platinum based silicones. It has a very favorable CTE for heat expandable mandrels used in composite tooling.

WC-540A/B is a two-part, water clear, colorless aliphatic based polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use whenever a flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required.
