Vegapure® 95 E

Vegapure® 95 E plant sterol esters are acquired through the esterification process of free plant sterols with fatty acids derived from vegetable oil. This product appears as a yellow, viscous oily paste at ambient temperature and transforms into a clear oil with a typical fatty odor and taste above 50 °C. Additionally, tocopherol-rich extract and ascorbyl palmitate are incorporated as antioxidants. Functionally, it serves as a phytochemical. In its physical form, it manifests as a paste and is distinguished by its neutral taste.
