Vegapure® 95 FF

Vegapure® 95 FF plant sterol esters are obtained through the esterification process of free plant sterols with fatty acids derived from vegetable oil. At ambient temperature, Vegapure® 95 FF appears as a viscous oily paste, transitioning into a clear oil with a typical fatty odor and taste when above 50 °C. Additionally, tocopherol-rich extract and ascorbyl palmitate are included as antioxidants. Specifically formulated for functional food and functional beverages, with a focus on margarine and dairy products as primary categories, Vegapure® 95 FF exhibits almost neutral taste and odor, making it an ideal form for integrating plant sterols into food applications.
