Sensory testing demonstrates that Diamond Crystal® Fine Kosher Salt delivers the same flavor as table salt at a 75% reduction in usage levels.* Consumers rated french fry samples against a reference sample (control) and results showed no statistical difference in overall flavor or liking between control and samples with Diamond Crystal® Fine Kosher Salt, which provide 30% less sodium per 100g of fries.
