When added to paints and coatings, MINEX® provides unparalleled durability and resistance to abrasion, fading, cracking, and aging associated with both environmental and chemical exposures.

IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

TYTAN™ TAA is a titanium chelate whose alkoxy groups can react with resins to enhance adhesion and/or crosslinking, while the chelating agents stabilize the molecule. TYTAN™ TAA has an exceptional balance between reactivity and crosslinking/adhesion-improvement properties, which makes it highly suitable for significantly enhancing the performance properties of industrial coatings on challenging modern polymeric substrates, glass, and some metals.

DeCAL 2098 is an anionic superplasticizer that has been modified with polyacrylate to achieve maximum efficiency. It is highly suitable for use in mortars, concretes, self-leveling systems, adhesives, and grouts. Compared to conventional plasticizers, DeCAL 2098 has a significantly higher deflocculation effect, which allows it to maintain the dispersed state for longer periods.

Ti-Pure™ R-350 is designed to exceed today’s expectations for titanium dioxide and set tomorrow’s standard in plastic formulations. This product is intended for formulators looking for a single grade of TiO2 with performance suitable for a wide range of plastic end uses. It provides a matchless combination of excellent dispersion and processing, minimal volatile content, minimal interaction with polymer additives, durability, and the brightness that only chloride-produced rutile TiO2 can provide. This product is the only TiO2 available that can offer such an exceptional set of properties.

IMSIL® A-25 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

JetFil® V625C is an extremely platy, fine talc product that is beneficiated to maximize stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in plastics applications. The particle size distribution and top size of this product are engineered and controlled to provide maximum impact strength and the best balance of stiffness and impact resistance. JetFil® V625C is compacted to enhance compounding throughput and reduce dust generation.

Access Rudolf Organosilane S2 is a yellowish and transparent liquid that is used as a crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter in various applications such as coatings, adhesives, and sealants. With a chemical structure containing silicon, oxygen, and carbon atoms, this organosilane provides improved chemical and thermal resistance to materials it is added to.

Boratherm™ SA 0700 spherical alumina particles are made from a special fusion process using high-quality ground alumina material. Boratherm™ SA grades are used in various applications because of their high thermal conductivity, heat resistance, and low thermal expansion. Due to the sphericity of the particles and the possibility to combine grades, one can obtain very high packing densities, resulting in formulations with excellent thermal conduction while maintaining low viscosity and easy application.

Access Rudolf Organosilane C 311 is a bifunctional organosilane that can enhance the adhesion and crosslinking of various coatings and adhesives. It can also improve the water repellency of the treated surfaces, making it suitable for use in many different applications.

DeCAL 4201 is an acrylic binder ideally suited for use in water-based flexographic inks. The product exists as an alkali-soluble carboxylated copolymer emulsion but can also be supplied in its neutralized varnish form as DeCAL 4202. Inks prepared using DeCAL 4201 possess excellent machine stability/resolubility, viscosity/pH stability, favorable viscosity/dilution curves, and excellent pigment wetting characteristics.

AFCONA 6960 is a micronized PTFE wax for all types of paint, ink and plastic surface modifiers. It gives better transparency to wet paint and final coating comparing to other PTFE waxes that are available in the market. It also provides anti-blocking and anti-scratch properties.

AFCONA 5066 is a silicone-free version of AFCONA 5065, and it can be used in the same applications. It can also be post-added to solve flooding and floating problems. In combination with a suitable high molecular weight dispersant, AFCONA 5066 can be used as a co-grinding agent.

AFCONA 3571 is a general purpose additive used to enhance surface properties in a water-based coating system. AFCONA 3571 is a special modified polydimehylsiloxane, to provide the surface properties i.e. better wetting, slip and soft feel. It offers good compatibility to most water-based systems.

AFCONA 4047 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for the deflocculation of all types of pigments. AFCONA 4047 is a highly effective polymeric dispersant used to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. Steric hindrance provides very good stability performance with all type of pigments.

AFCONA 4063 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for the deflocculation of all types of pigments. AFCONA 4063 is an effective polymeric dispersant used to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. Steric hindrance gives it very good stability performance with all type of pigments, especially in organic red, yellow and violet pigments.

AFCONA 5210 helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2 and extenders. It is specially designed as an effective dispersant for TiO2 and recommended for use in pure white systems. However, if the white base needs to be tinted with other colors later, AFCONA 4010 is a better choice.

AFCONA 4015 is a polymeric dispersant mainly for co-grinding. This product contains strong acid and amine functional groups in order to give a good cogrinding effect. Due to the strong acid and amine functional groups, it will only function very well in high polar systems like polyurethane, epoxy, NC and acid curing
