AFCONA 4203 is an innovative polyester dispersant concept designed by AFCONA. It is based on the latest steric hindrance structure and newly designed anchoring groups, providing excellent wetting and dispersing performance for inorganic, organic, and carbon black. AFCONA 4203 also reduces the viscosity of high pigment content pastes, and has better stability for concentrate storage over long periods. This solvent-free design is ideal for low VOC formulation designs. It is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for all types of pigments and is a modified polyester polymer.

AFCONA 2505 is a water-based defoamer and anti-foam, especially designed for micro foams. It is an organically modified polysiloxane, providing good defoaming and anti-foaming properties in all water-based coatings. It offers excellent performance against micro foam, even in high shear applications such as long period grinding. It maintains its good defoaming and anti-foam performance under high shear conditions.

AFCONA 3258 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3258 has been developed to replace fluorocarbon modified leveling agents, providing the same leveling and anti-crater performance. It is the 100% active version of AFCONA 3758.

AFCONA 4720 is a 100% active, solvent-free dispersion agent based on a three-block high molecular weight polymer and a group of anchoring agents. Its advanced structure allows for the development of pigment dispersions that have improved compatibility across a wide range of applications.

AFCONA 3588 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings & inks without influence of inter-coat adhesion. AFCONA 3588 is a special designed polyether modified polysiloxane. It moves very fast in the defective part of coatings and can decrease the surface tension easily, and it has good compatibility properties.

AFCONA 5290 is a 100% solid dispersant created for high-solid systems and formulations that are facing VOC limitations. It is suitable for all solvent-based systems ranging from low to high polarity, including air-dry alkyd. It has very good pigment stability and performance. It gives good viscosity reduction and high color strength. AFCONA 5290 is provided with almost 100% active ingredient; therefore, it is an excellent dispersant for high-solid coatings like polyurethane, epoxy and UV coatings.

AFCONA 2027 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects. AFCONA 2027 prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush.

AFCONA 5281 is an effective dispersing agent for organic and carbon black pigments. It stabilizes the pigments through steric hindrance and its high solids content makes it suitable for low VOC coatings applications. AFCONA 5281 can be used as the sole dispersant in pigment concentrates or be combined with other high molecular weight dispersants, such as AFCONA 4071 or AFCONA 4701, in order to optimize compatibility and cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, AFCONA 5281 can also be used as a post-addition in systems to achieve improved pigment stability.

AFCONA 5220 helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2, and extenders. It helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2, and extenders. AFCONA 5220 is special designed as an effective dispersant for TiO2. Therefore, recommended for pure white systems.

AFCONA 3730 is a leveling agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. AFCONA 3730 is a high molecular weight polyester polymer which offers good leveling properties. It is very compatible with the oil-free polyester resins that are used in can coatings. This means it is very suitable for use as a leveling agent for clearcoats and pigmented coatings, as it will not give haze, orange peel or other side effects to the coating.

AFCONA 2790 is a polysiloxane-based defoamer designed for use in solvent-borne and solvent-free systems such as epoxy, PU, UV curing, and unsaturated polyester systems. It is also ideal for solvent-based silk printing ink applications. This defoamer has strong anti-foam and deaeration characteristics, quickly removing tiny bubbles in these systems, as well as quickly breaking surface foam. It is suitable for high viscosity solvent-based and solvent-free coatings and ink systems, and its specially designed structure also enhances film leveling behavior. Additionally, AFCONA 2790 is solvent-free, making it ideal for solvent-free construction techniques.

It moves very fast in the defective part of coatings and can decrease the surface tension easily, and it has good compatibility properties.

AFCONA 3750 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not impact inter-coating adhesion. It is a highly fluorocarbon-modified acrylic polymer with very low surface tension, allowing it to substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 6745 is a synergist additive that is specifically designed for use with phthalocyanine pigments, carbon blacks, and organic violets. It should not be used on its own, but rather in combination with one of the AFCONA 4000-series high molecular weight dispersants.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2096 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with very excellent mattability and good chemical resistance already after physically drying. It is suitable for waterborne wood application with very good grain enhancement and very good matting behavior. Surfaces are re-emulsifiable before UV curing. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other printing, and packaging applications.

SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. It can also be used as a sole binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 197 PE is an aadiation-curing, low-viscosity polyester acrylate resin that is solvent-free. It is used in UV- and electron beam-curing primers and top coats for wood, paper, plastics, and printing inks. It has applications in construction adhesives, industrial adhesives and sealants, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHOLUX 432 PAA is a radition-curing, amine-modified, low-viscosity polyether acrylate. It is recommended to use it as a sole, highly reactive binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, automotive OEM coatings, and other printing applications. 

SYNTHOLUX 1014 W is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that is physically drying and UV-curable. It does not contain emulsifiers or co-solvents. It is recommended to use it as a coating for wooden substrates that show high elasticity and good chemical resistance. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 475 PE is a radiation-curing, fatty acid-modified polyester acrylate. It is used as a sole binder or combined with other radiation-curing binders for use in UV-curing printing inks. The resin is distinguished by its good pigment wetting. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, and other printing and packaging applications.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2223 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with good mattability and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for waterborne wood application and has very good matting behavior. This product can be used for clear and pigmented coatings. DCL 1219 Quinacridone Red Violet, PV.19 (E5B type) is a bright, yellow shade quinacridone with excellent overall properties. DCL 1166 Disazo Scarlet, PR.166 is a transparent, yellow-shaded red with excellent heat stability and very good fastness properties. It is recommended for auto refinishes, solvent industrial coatings, and powder coating applications. It is also recommended for all ink and plastic applications.

DCL 1229 Quinacridone Magenta, PR.122 (Blue shade) is a standard magenta shade PR 122 that exhibits all the typical properties of quinacridone pigments. Lo-Vel® 6000 is a synthetic, amorphous silicon dioxide flatting agent that is designed for use where a Hegman value of 5 to 6 is required. The combination of high flatting at low use levels and ease of incorporation delivers expanded formulation flexibility.
