AFCONA 3779 is a leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is a pure polyacrylic leveling agent. Polyacrylics are well known for flow and leveling performance. AFCONA 3779 also acts as defoamer in most coating systems. It provides anti-flooding and floating properties, works as a defoamer and deareator.

  • Addition and Dosage
    • 0.3 - 2.0% on total formulation. In general, under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.3 - 0.8% based on total formulation.
  • Incorporation
    • AFCONA 3779 should be added at the end of the batch preparation.
