Portafill® A25 is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). The standardized quality of Portafill® A is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Portafill® A micronized functional fillers are used in thermosetting powder coatings as an alternative to barium sulfate, when the high density is a limitation. In addition, Portafill® A fillers are less prone to the phenomenon known as "water spotting" in comparison to barium sulfate. It has very good chemical inertness (for outdoor and chemical applications).

AFCONA 4400 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all type of pigments. It is an effective polymeric dispersant for stabilizing inorganic and organic pigments. It has very good stability performance, through effective steric hindrance, on all type of pigments.

IMSIL® A-10 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

AFCONA 5504 is a multi-functional additive that can help wet out difficult or contaminated substrates, lower the surface tension of the coating system, improve pigment grind efficiency, and prevent surface defects such as fisheyes, edge crawl, and craters. It also has great defoaming properties and, due to its hydrophobic nature, reduces the water sensitivity of the final system.

AFCONA 4598 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant used to deflocculate pigments in water-based decorative and industrial paints. It is a wetting and dispersing additive for water-based coatings and pigment concentrates, which helps to prevent negative flocculation effects such as flooding and floating and improves storage stability.

Ti-Pure™ R-960 Coatings is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is designed for use in applications requiring outstanding chalk resistance, gloss retention, and tint retention. In addition to excellent exterior durability, Ti-Pure™ R-960 provides very good dispersion with excellent hiding power and color acceptance.

Portalum® A 25 is produced from refractory agglomerated super calcined (RASC) bauxite. The main constituent is the mineral corundum. AFCONA 4599 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant with strong viscosity reduction properties, specifically designed for use in water-based industrial paints. It is a wetting and dispersing agent that enables organic, inorganic pigments, and carbon blacks to be more easily dispersed and remain more stable in the paint.

AFCONA 2023 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based coatings. The product has a moderate defoaming property and does not show many of the obvious side effects seen when using some stronger defoamers.

DCL 2275 Benzimidazolone Yellow, PY.175 is a green-shaded yellow pigment that offers excellent bleed resistance, lightfastness, and weathering properties. It is also known for its good overall resistance and heat stability, which make it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of coating applications.

DCL 2538 Quinophthalone Yellow, PY.138 is an opaque, green shade yellow with low viscosity in liquid systems and excellent light and weather fastness. It is greener than 2338 and exhibits high hiding power and good dispersibility. 2538 is FDA-approved (21 CFR Part 178.3297).

DCL 2183-A Azo Yellow, PY.183 is a non-warping, red shade yellow with excellent heat stability, recommended for plastic applications. It is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and also exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, and weather fastness. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of plastic and coating applications.

DCL 8318M Syn Micronized Black Iron Oxide, PBk.11, is the yellow shade in DCL's micronized black iron oxide range, and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It finds applications in plastics such as PVC and PE, as well as in decorative and industrial coatings.

DCL 5033 Lemon Yellow, PY.34 is a pre-darkened, SO2-resistant, high-performance lemon shade yellow pigment with stir-in properties and is recommended for coating and plastic applications. This product is restricted to industrial and professional inks, coatings, plastics, and roadmarking (subject to regional legislation).

DCL A2RU Indanthrone Blue, PB.60 is a high-performance green shade yellow for use in high-end coatings applications. Its superb weather fastness and chemical resistance make it ideal for automotive OEM, refinish, and fleet applications. Additionally, its enhanced rheology and low foam enable high mill base loadings in both aqueous and solvent-borne systems. For non-automotive applications, it is also excellent for use in architectural concrete coatings and high-end industrial coatings.

DCL 8120NM Syn Micronized Red Iron Oxide, PR.101 is a yellow-shaded red pigment composed of micronized synthetic red iron oxide, and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It is suitable for use in various plastic applications, including PVC, PE, PP, PS, and PET, as well as decorative, industrial and powder coatings.

DCL 333 Chromium Oxide Green, PG.17 (medium shade, G5099 type) is a high-quality, clean, light-to-medium-shade, very-stable green pigment that is unaffected by acids, alkalis, and solvents. It is heat-stable, offers excellent value, lightfastness, and weatherability, and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297).

DCL 2GLMA Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is renowned for its highly saturated, bright yellow shades, outstanding opacity, chemical resistance, excellent weathering, and durability across the color gamut from pale tints to masstone. It is the standard reference for both solvent and waterborne systems in automotive, coil and other high-performance paints. Additionally, its superior covering power and durability make it a popular choice for general industrial paints.

DCL 2GTAA Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a green-shade yellow pigment with excellent alkaline stability, weather fastness, heat stability, high saturation, and high opacity. It is especially optimized for extreme alkaline stability and is thus recommended for use on high-alkaline substrates and alkaline-containing systems, such as silicate plasters and stuccos. Its high color strength, high gloss, clean shade, and easy dispersion offer significant advantages for formulation flexibility and make it a great value to use.

DCL 2792 Metal Azo Red, PR.48:4 is a very intense, medium performance blue shade red pigment, designed to be yellower in shade than DCC Red 2790. It is laked with manganese, which improves its stability, resistance properties, and increases its chroma, opacity, and gloss. Its good to excellent solvent resistance makes it well-suited for fast air drying and oven-cured industrial applications.

DCL 2316 Dianisidine Orange, PO.16 is a bright yellow shade orange with good opacity and tinting strength mainly for interior applications. This pigment is mainly used in the following applications: Plastics such as PVC and PE Powder and industrial coatings. Solvent flexo, water flexo and UV inks Rubber products

DCL 461 Carbon Black, PBk.6 (Powder) is a blue-tone black powder in which a coarser particle allows for medium viscosity and good flocculation / flood resistance for use in coatings. It is mainly recommended for use in various coatings and plastics.

DCL 4632 Proprietary, Hybrid Lemon Yellow Shade LCA is a mid- to high-performance lemon shade yellow pigment developed as an offset to PY.34. DCC Yellow 4632 can be used in higher-end coating applications where excellent weather fastness and heat resistance are required.
