- HD-4638 DMM was designed for use in textile applications as a versatile polyurethane coating. Due to its overall properties, HD-4638 DMM can be used as a finish or a coating for many textile applications.
- This product is ideally suited for use as an anti-fray finish on textile fabrics that must have a soft hand. HD-4638 DMM is also suitable for textile coating applications that require excellent low temperature flexibility and crack resistance.
- Application Method & Curing
Spray or pad -- solids may be adjusted for optimum add-on. Rheology may be modified with associative thickeners for knife coating applications.
Curing
HD-4638 DMM will form a film at ambient temperatures. Typical oven drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
