DeCAL 4201 is an acrylic binder ideally suited for use in water-based flexographic inks. The product exists as an alkali-soluble carboxylated copolymer emulsion but can also be supplied in its neutralized varnish form as DeCAL 4202. Inks prepared using DeCAL 4201 possess excellent machine stability/resolubility, viscosity/pH stability, favorable viscosity/dilution curves, and excellent pigment wetting characteristics.

Syntran® 6301 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution that is recommended for low-VOC stain-blocking paints and primers. AFCONA 1503 is a universal dispersing resin for preparation of VOC-free universal pigment concentrates for water based. It is a dispersing resin with self-emulsifying properties. AFCONA 1503 in combination with AFCONA 4560 has been developed to be considered suitable for the production of VOC-free pigment concentrates.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4664 is a medium-soft, high-solids, co-solvent-free, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It was designed as a high-solids, multi-purpose textile binder polymer. It may be used as a blending resin for harder polyurethane polymers to impart greater film flexibility. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylic latices and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance, and low-temperature flexibility properties.

ACCESS® Organosilane AE 301 is a diamino-functional silane that acts as a versatile coupling agent. It is widely used to enhance flexibility, elongation, and adhesion between inorganic surfaces and polymers. The product is equivalent to commercial products like SilquestTM A-1122, Dynasylan® DAMO, and DowsilTM Z-6094. During hydrolysis, AE 301 releases small amounts of methanol.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2334 is a co-solvent-free, high-solids, flame-retardant, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame-retardancy. Low add-on levels of HD-2334 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests, including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, and others.
