Jetfine® 3CC is an off-white, high-purity, extremely platy submicron talc with an optimum aspect ratio and excellent top-size control. It is recommended for the best balance of stiffness and impact strength and to maximize HDT, dimensional stability, impact strength, and esthetics in high-performance plastics, as well as for nucleation, foamed plastics, and plastic films. It is compacted for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion.

Jetfine®3CC is used in plastics applications where maximum stiffness is required along with the best impact resistance, e.g., in automotive polypropylene and TPOs, and in engineering thermoplastics. It could also be used for uniform and fine cell nucleation in foamed plastics, and for effective nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics.
