IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

TYTAN™ TAA is a titanium chelate whose alkoxy groups can react with resins to enhance adhesion and/or crosslinking, while the chelating agents stabilize the molecule. TYTAN™ TAA has an exceptional balance between reactivity and crosslinking/adhesion-improvement properties, which makes it highly suitable for significantly enhancing the performance properties of industrial coatings on challenging modern polymeric substrates, glass, and some metals.

DeCAL 2098 is an anionic superplasticizer that has been modified with polyacrylate to achieve maximum efficiency. It is highly suitable for use in mortars, concretes, self-leveling systems, adhesives, and grouts. Compared to conventional plasticizers, DeCAL 2098 has a significantly higher deflocculation effect, which allows it to maintain the dispersed state for longer periods.

Ti-Pure™ R-350 is designed to exceed today’s expectations for titanium dioxide and set tomorrow’s standard in plastic formulations. This product is intended for formulators looking for a single grade of TiO2 with performance suitable for a wide range of plastic end uses. It provides a matchless combination of excellent dispersion and processing, minimal volatile content, minimal interaction with polymer additives, durability, and the brightness that only chloride-produced rutile TiO2 can provide. This product is the only TiO2 available that can offer such an exceptional set of properties.

IMSIL® A-25 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

JetFil® V625C is an extremely platy, fine talc product that is beneficiated to maximize stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in plastics applications. The particle size distribution and top size of this product are engineered and controlled to provide maximum impact strength and the best balance of stiffness and impact resistance. JetFil® V625C is compacted to enhance compounding throughput and reduce dust generation.

Access Rudolf Organosilane S2 is a yellowish and transparent liquid that is used as a crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter in various applications such as coatings, adhesives, and sealants. With a chemical structure containing silicon, oxygen, and carbon atoms, this organosilane provides improved chemical and thermal resistance to materials it is added to.

Boratherm™ SA 0700 spherical alumina particles are made from a special fusion process using high-quality ground alumina material. Boratherm™ SA grades are used in various applications because of their high thermal conductivity, heat resistance, and low thermal expansion. Due to the sphericity of the particles and the possibility to combine grades, one can obtain very high packing densities, resulting in formulations with excellent thermal conduction while maintaining low viscosity and easy application.

Access Rudolf Organosilane C 311 is a bifunctional organosilane that can enhance the adhesion and crosslinking of various coatings and adhesives. It can also improve the water repellency of the treated surfaces, making it suitable for use in many different applications.

DeCAL 4201 is an acrylic binder ideally suited for use in water-based flexographic inks. The product exists as an alkali-soluble carboxylated copolymer emulsion but can also be supplied in its neutralized varnish form as DeCAL 4202. Inks prepared using DeCAL 4201 possess excellent machine stability/resolubility, viscosity/pH stability, favorable viscosity/dilution curves, and excellent pigment wetting characteristics.

Syntran® 3106 is based on a patented bimodal technology with film-forming properties. This technology combines two different ionic structures in the same polymer network, increasing the adhesion to multiple substrates. Syntran® 6209 is based on high-solids technology. This technology creates a film with very high flexibility, excellent water resistance, and excellent coverage. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This white emulsion is used in adhesives, textile and leather coatings, pigmented coatings and sealants, label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

Syntran® 6303 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution that is recommended for stain-blocking paints and primers. It has excellent performance in blocking wood and cork extractives, nicotine, graffiti, soot, and water stains. It is especially recommended for wood primers where sandability is required. Syntran® 6303 is recommended for interior use and also for the formulation of coatings with excellent adhesion properties on critical substrates, such as glass, ceramic tiles, zinc, aged alkyd paints, etc.

Syntran® 3104 is based on a proprietary film-forming polymer technology. This technology provides excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, enhances pigment dispersion, and improves the properties of cohesion, gloss, flexibility, and water resistance. This white emulsion is used in flexible and adhesive coatings.

Syntran® DR 7015 is an alkali-soluble acrylic polymer that is based on Interpolymer Corporation's polymeric surfactant technology. This technology was designed to improve wetting and incorporation of pigments or additives into water-based inks and coatings. This product is used for wood coatings, concrete coatings, architectural coatings, etc.

Syntran® 3211 is based on shell-core technology. This technology creates a film with very high gloss, block resistance, rub resistance, and printability with multiple ink types. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

Syntran® PA-1475 is based on a patented acrylic-olefin graft technology. This unique incorporation of olefin onto the backbone of the acrylic increases the wear resistance and stability of the formulation without sacrificing the burnishability of the wax when used in a floor finish.

It allows a balanced combination of the different polymer properties and an overall improvement of the physical properties of both polymers.
