LIOPUR PFL 1964 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on polycarbonate. After air-drying, film coatings based on this product form soft and elastic films. This product is suitable as a sole binder and in combination with elastic hydroxy-polyesters or polyurethane dispersions as a 2-pack system for soft-feeling and decor paints. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings and industrial coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 156 HS is a polyisocyanate-curing high-solid acrylic resin. Used with high-solid 2-pack coatings that are air- and oven-drying in combination with polyisocyanates, affording high strength and resistance to chemical attack and weathering, the coatings are suitable in particular for large-capacity vehicles and cars and for industrial coating. It has applications in marine coatings, industrial coatings, metal coatings, industrial maintenance, and marine transportation.

SYNTHALAT SF 260 is a styrene-modified short-oil alkyd resin. This is recommended for very fast-drying primers, wash primers, fast-drying synthetic resin-based paints, and hammer-finish paints. It has applications in primers and lacquers, marine coatings, metal coatings, marine transportation, industrial coatings, and maintenance.

SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. It can also be used as a sole binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHALAT W 48 is a water-thinnable, specially modified alkyd resin. It is recommended for water-thinnable top coat formulations with good color retention and very good water resistance. It has applications in wood flooring, furniture coatings, industrial maintenance, wood coatings and finishes, marine coatings, and transportation.

SYNTHALAT A-TH 1141 is a hydroxyl group containing, high-solid polyester containing acrylic resin. Used in combination with polyisocyanates for air- and ovendrying 2-pack high-solid clear- and pigmented top coats for metals and plastics with high mechanical properties, quick physically drying, high gloss and body, excellent weather- and chemical resistance. < 420 VOC at spray viscosity. It has applications in industrial coatings and in automotive OEM coatings.

LIOCRYL AM 982 is an aqueous, pure acrylic emulsion. This dispersion is especially recommended for formulating paints for plastic components such as hi-fi cabinets. It has excellent chemical resistance. It has applications in wood flooring, automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, and wood coatings and finishes.

LIOPUR PFL 2392 is an aqueous, aliphatic modified polyurethane dispersion based on polyester that is solvent- and triethylamin-free and free of surfactants. After air-drying, film coatings based on LIOPUR PFL 2392 form transparent films that are tack-free and display a good surface resistance of approximately 50 sec. Pendulum hardness after König. SYNTHALAT A 078 is a polyisocyanate-curing acrylic resin. SYNTHALAT PL 754 is a urethane modified long-oil alkyd. This is suitable for fast-drying industrial and anti-corrosive lacquers for steel and metallic substrates. SYNTHALAT WA 146 is a water-dilutable hydroxyacrylic resin. Used in combination with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates and melamine resins for air- and oven-drying topcoats for plastic, wood, and metal substrates with very high hardness, high gloss, good adhesion, high mechanical properties, water-, weather-, and chemical resistance. LIOPTAL A 471 is a heat-reactive, high-solids acrylic resin, curable with amino resins or blocked polyisocyanates. Used in combination with blocked polyisocyanates or melamine resins, stoved finishes have high flexibility, color stability, and weathering resistance. It has applications in coil coatings, can coatings, automotive OEM coatings, metal coatings, and industrial coatings.

SYNTHALAT A-TS 3277 is a polyisocyanate-curing acrylic resin. It is supplied as 60% in Shellsol A. It is known for its better weathering resistance. LIOPTAL TH 406 is a short-oil alkyd modified with phenolic resin. It is used as fast-drying anti-corrosion primers, synthetic resin-based paints, shop primers, knife fillers, oven-drying industrial products, and top coats. It has applications in metal coatings, primers and lacquers, marine transportation, industrial maintenance, and marine coatings.

SYNTHOESTER TS 2245 is a siloxane-modified, cycloaliphatic, hydroxyfunctional, high-solid polyester resin. This can be cross-linked with polyisocyanates for high-performance, air- and forced-drying 2-pack top coats. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, metal coatings, marine transportation, and industrial maintenance.

SYNTHOESTER 1179 is a highly elastic, hydroxyl group-containing polyester. It is recommended to use it in combination with suitable isocyanates for so called soft feeling paints. It has applications in industrial coatings, coil coatings, automotive OEM coatings, metal coatings, and can coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 147 HS is a hydroxyl group containing polyester and acrylic resin. SYNTHALAT A 086 HS is a hydroxyfunctional acrylic resin. Combined with (cyclo-) aliphatic polyisocyanates to produce air- and forced-drying two-pack coatings for common industrial coatings that have strong abrasion, chemical, and weather resistance. Additional characteristics include fast drying and excellent adherence to various metals and subrates. Around 470 g/l of VOC as a top coat at 21 seconds. SYNTHOESTER W 142 is a waterborne, cyclo-aliphatic polyester resin containing hydroxyl groups. It is recommended to use 1 and 2 pack waterborne coatings crosslinkable with hydrophobic melamine resins for oven-drying topcoats above 110°C on metal and glass substrates and with polyisocyanates for air- and forced-drying top coats on metal, glass, wood, and plastic substrates with very good adhesion, high mechanical values, weathering, and chemical resistance. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, and automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHOESTER HD-165 is a polyester containing hydroxyl groups. It is recommended to use it in combination with aliphatic or aromatic polyisocyanates to obtain two-component coatings with low temperature flexibility and good weathering resistance. This can be used to elastify different acrylic resins. It has applications in metal coatings, industrial coatings, coil coatings, wood flooring, and automotive OEM coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 065 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with polyisocyanate. Primarily used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air- and stove-drying coatings for metals, woods, and plastics. These types of 2 components are preferably used in fields where high coating qualities are required but where stoving is impossible due to the size or heat-sensitivity of the object to be coated. Its applications lie in numerous fields, like furniture, marine transportation, wood flooring, industrial maintenance, and marine coatings.

SYNTHALAT A-TS 1857 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin. This product is recommended as a physically drying sole binder, mainly for plastic and metal substrates with fast drying and good petrol resistance. It has applications in architectural coatings, craft and hobby, metal coatings, automotive OEM coatings, and other consumer goods applications.

LIOCRYL AS 320 N is an aqueous styrene acrylic emulsion that is solvent- and plasticiser-free. The emulsion is particularly suitable for the production of matt to glossy paints for indoor and outdoor use and for formulations for tile adhesives. The film dries above the film formation temperature to give a clear coating, shows little tendency to swell in water, and has high saponification resistance. Because of these properties, Liocryl AS 320 is especially suitable for the production of outdoor paints and plastic-bound plasters, as well as for impregnating and priming brickwork and sanding plasters. LIOPTAL A 470 is an acrylic resin cross-linked with melamine resin. It is used for stove-drying top coats in combination with melamine resins. It has applications in coil coatings, industrial coatings, automotive EOM coatings, and also in can coatings.

SYNTHALAT A 077 is a polyisocyanate-curing acrylic resin. Used in 2-pack coatings, in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates, for industrial coatings that offer good mechanical properties along with resistance to chemical attack. It has applications in marine transportation, rail and mass transit coatings, coatings and markings, and also in infrastructure road paving.
