Pangel M280 is a thickening and anti-settling agent based on a selected and highly purified bentonite clay, specific for water-borne systems. This thixotropic, rheological additive is specifically developed for providing waterborne formulations with properties such as better stability and viscosity control, adhesion control, texturing and stippling effects, workability, and strong binding properties of solid substances.

Pangel B42 is an organically modified sepiolite powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on alcohol, glycol and ketone type solvents, as well as in mixtures of those with water.

DeCAL 1103 is an alkali-soluble, acrylic-based associative thickener specifically designed for use in aqueous systems requiring Newtonian rheological behavior. DeCAL 1103 is highly effective in silk and flat emulsion paint and provides an excellent balance between high and low shear viscosities, as well as excellent compatibility with most organic and inorganic pigments.

DeCAL 1035 is an acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. The polymer provides the rheological control effect through extensive swelling of the high molecular weight polymer in alkaline conditions, in the presence of water. DeCAL 1035 is an ideal rheological control additive for use in water-borne coatings.

DeCAL 1900 is a novel polymer emulsion suitable for thickening non-aqueous liquids, including hydrocarbon-based solvents such as kerosene and mineral oil. DeCAL 1900 may also be used to thicken oil-based paint systems. DeCAL 1900 provides a shear-thinning type of rheology and also aids in preventing settlement.

Blachford Lithium Stearate 300 is a metallic stearate that can be used as a lubricant and thickening agent. It appears as a solid white powder with a slight odor. It consists of a chemical composition of fatty acids, C16 - C18 and lithium salts.

Portafill® H 5 F11.0 is produced from a carefully selected, naturally occurring, platy, sedimentary mineral consisting predominantly of partially hydrated magnesium-calcium carbonate. DeCAL 1006 is a carboxylated acrylic copolymer emulsion suitable for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in producing stable viscosity response between pH 6.5 to 10. DeCAL 1006 is recommended for use in textured coatings, construction adhesives, paints, plasters, and wood stains. It is easy to handle and can be incorporated at most manufacturing steps.

TYTAN™ CX200 is a chelated titanium alkanolamine complex developed as a rheology modifier for emulsion paints. It reacts with colloid-stabilized binders to impart a thixotropic structure to the paint through shear-sensitive hydrogen bonding and has little to no effect on the rheology of emulsion paints based on surfactant-stabilized binders. TYTAN™ CX200 has improved compatibility with a broad range of paint formulations, but it is still recommended that the use of TYTAN™ CX200 be based on sample testing to evaluate potential interaction with other components or additives of the paint formulation.

AFCONA 6231 is a paint additive classified and labeled according to the CLP regulation. It is a wetting and dispersing agent that can be used for dispersing inorganic pigments and fillers in both solvent-based and water-based systems. Additionally, it helps to incorporate colorant into base paints and has better water solubility than AFCONA 6230.

TYTAN™ CX100 is a chelated Titanium Alkanolamine Complex developed as a rheology modifier for emulsion paints. TYTAN™ CX100 reacts with colloid stabilized binders to impart a thixotropic structure to the paint through shear sensitive hydrogen bonding. TYTAN™ CX100 has no to little effect on the rheology of emulsion paints based on surfactant stabilized binders. Use of TYTAN™ CX100 shall always be based on sample testing to evaluate potential interaction with other components or additives of the paint formulation.

AFCONA 4067 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. AFCONA 4067 is a BTX-free version of a high molecular weight dispersing agent. This dispersant is very effective for inorganic pigments, organic pigments and carbon black dispersion preparation. Its very effective 3-dimensional steric hindrance offers good stability for all pigments. This is a very good dispersant for organic red, yellow and violet pigments.

AFCONA 7510P is a block polymer with acidic functional groups and viscosity depressing properties in powder delivery form. It is recommended for use in unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. AFCONA 7510P is very similar to AFCONA 7500 and AFCONA 7520, but with a different modification. As a result, the performance of these three products is very close but may vary in different binder systems. Of the three products, AFCONA 7510P is the most hydrophilic.

DeCAL 1005 is a hydrophobically modified synthetic alkali-swellable, solvent-free, and liquid thickener for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in increasing low shear viscosities as well as yield values. As a result, levels of use can be significantly reduced when replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners with DeCAL 1005.

In matt and semi-gloss paint this product improves flow and levelling performance, sag resistance and anti-settling. It also gives much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

The polymer provides the rheological control effect through extensive swelling of the high molecular weight polymer in alkaline conditions, in the presence of water. DeCAL 1091 is an ideal rheological control additive for use in water-borne coatings.

Pangel OMD2 is a rheological additive for medium to high polarity systems, based upon highly purified bentonite clay. It can be used for alcohols, esters, and glycols. Moderate polarity binders are also compatible. Pangel OMD2 is an easy-to-disperse, self-activated organobentonite that enhances thixotropic and pseudoplastic effects in solvent-borne systems.

Pangel OM8 is a rheological additive for low- to medium-polarity systems based upon highly purified bentonite clay. It is particularly recommended for systems based on resins such as polyurethanes, acrylics, polyesters, epoxy esters, and alkyds. Pangel OMD8 is an organobentonite that enhances thixotropic and pseudoplastic effects in systems with intermediate polarity.

Pangel B42 GB is a rheological organoclay additive based upon high-purity sepiolite with extra-performance and additional suspension capacity, anti-sagging, and homogenizing properties.
